Relaxing Baguio Vacation
We are a group of 6 adults and I was looking for a nice place to stay with no eery feeling since Baguio is known for ghost stories :p
Since we have not yet finalized the headcount, we opted to book the room for 8 pax. But when we got there, we're pleasantly surprised because the place can hold up to 10 pax! We got lots of extra beds for such a cheap price. We didnt experience anything weird and all in all the stay was so nice because it feels homey :)
My friends and I enjoyed our vacation that we planned to go back again soon and stay at the same place :)

My family of 5 spent 2 nights...
My family of 5 spent 2 nights in a 2BR apartment, the place is quite a way from the centre of Baguio (too far to walk) but the peace and quiet is nice. The bedrooms are quite small, kitchen facilities basic but we thought it was good value for money and fine for a family for a place to eat and sleep.

The facility is basically an apartment setting. Ideal for someone who can manage on their own and just needs a clean comfortable nice place to spend the night. The rooms were spacious and the bedding cleverly provided to sleep up to 10, comfortably, in a 3 bedroom setting. Bathrooms were clean and with readily available hot water. Basic kitchen facilities were provided so one could cook if they desired. The place is close enough to some places to eat and to city center that it would not be an problem if one was not inclined to do any cooking. However, I would recommend this to travelers with their own car as public transport would not be readily available as it is set back form the main road. I would say it was a quiet setting but the units being packed so tight it is difficult not be be aware of the goings on (including cooking smells) in the next unit. I might suggest they spread the guests around the units so this is only a problem if all the units are all taken up. I might also suggest they provide some regular change of linen and cleaning during your stay, if not necessarily daily services. According to their literature they are only cleaning up when the unit is vacated and only weekly linen changes. Although they do come a t a cheaper price, I think most vacationers don't go on vacation to be burdened with housework.
Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was really basic and not fully fitted as was advertised on your website - no microwave oven, washing machine or dish washer and no cooker. There was only a one ring hob to cook and no oven which we boiled the kettle on (there was no electric kettle!).
The man in charge tried to charge us 4,500 pesos per night even though we said that the apartment was advertised at 4,000 pesos per night on your website when we booked. In the end, he agreed to charge us 4,000 pesos per night.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone (even budget travellers) because I'm sure better value is available in Baguio.
