We stayed in Pinjalo for our first 3 nights in Boracay. We were happy with our room and the staff were very friendly. Because it 's off White beach it's very quiet which is great, and only a 2 min walk to the beach and that's where you have breakfast which was average. They provide beach loungers on the beach which is great. The pool was Ok at Pinjalo not as clean as some other place's we stayed and also seemed to be way more mosquito's here so make sure you have repelent. Room was good size and very clean, bathroom was big but not lots of space to put your toiletries. We would recommend Pinjalo for familie's and people that a peaceful stay. Only 15min walk max to D'mall, but also had a convenient store close at the beach.

Air conditioner was weak and 3 young...
Air conditioner was weak and 3 young girls came to my room fix it. Never did fix it but it was funny. Same old breakfast each day and you had to take a short walk to the sister resort to get to the restaurant and bar. Internet was available near the pool only and there is no electrical outlets or any roof in case of bad weather. Pool water was rather cloudy most of the time and needed more attention to keep the pool deck surrounding the pool cleaner.

1.) Please improve the selection of breakfast menu @ Calypso.
Appears quite spartan & uninteresting comparative to other resorts of similar calibre.
2.) Asia Rooms, Can we please return to full prepayment??
It is alot easier & therefore not subject to conversion from \' guaranteed rate of USD\

My brother and I stayed at Pinjalo...
My brother and I stayed at Pinjalo around the end of July. We had a great stay at Pinjalo for the 3 night stay. The rooms were clean and roomy. The balcony was great plus. We were in 2 different rooms close to the swimming pool which was great due to better reception for the wifi internet. The front desk was very helpful with all our request. Breakfast was great and it was just a few steps from the hotel. The only problem we had was with my brother's air condition which stopped blowing cold air, but I think it was due to my brother's tinkering with the controls. We told the front desk and by the time we came back, it was fixed. Shower's were great and they actually had "hot" water. Be careful though, because when it's hot, it gets really hot. The hotel was not beachfront, but only a block away to the beach. It was quiet which was great after a whole day of activities. The area was safe due to the fact that there's a police station around the corner. I would recommend this resort to anyone. I will definitely return to this resort.

Great resort! Staff were very friendly and informative, rooms were large and clean, and the grounds were very tropical. Breakfast was included and was only a minute walk away. The resort was off the beach but it was only a couple of minutes walk away. Overall, was very satisfied.

Above all, the quality in contrast with the price was very nice. So I could save money and enjoy good facilities. And their service was very awesome and appreciated. Impressive!
In the location,the White beach is closer than I thought and so it was convenient. The breakfast also was good. I absolutely recommend this hotel especially people who want to reduce travel expenses and to enjoy good facilities.

The price is reasonable. The room is big(two beds for two persons)and clean. The best thing is each room has it's own balcony. The reception counter is small but staffs were friendly and very helpful. The safety is good, there is only one way in and one way out and the wall around the hotel is as high as the second floor. The front door is close at 12:00PM and there always had a staff in the reception counter and he opened the door for late back guests.

The staff was friendly and thus an atmosphere at the hotel very pleasant. Location was ok,even though little "hidden". Room was somehow dark,our toilet wasn't properly working even after getting it fixed and cleaning could have included removing dead bugs from the floor ... But overall nice and quiet hotel for budget travellers.
