I stay in the room 227 and it smell bad. The room doesn't have enough lighting, bad ventilation. Wifi is available only for the odd number rooms. I asked to change the room but they don't allow me (maybe I have special rate from Asia Room!) Lobby is too small. Breakfast offered by hotel is really limited. The only convenience is the location very close to the airport and they provide free shuttle bus to pick up and and bring you to the airport.

the restaurant deserving this hotel should be closed for one month , cleaned , the staff changed as they have nothing to do and spend their time talting with each other , they jump on the cust
omer to let sing a paper for evry little thing asked instead of making one total bill once the meal finished ; they gave me one already open bottle of lime to put in my eveneng gin-tonic , they used just a little bitto make a coctail two weeks before they said . no wonder there are no customers in that restaurant, once been there is prefare walk the distance to excellent italian restaurant in the nearby little commercial center ; they even say hardley " good morning " or what ever , shortly , if you know what you get there you do not go in . And then ,if you want to have fun, try the computer in the business center ,i have spent one hour to try to make one flight reservation , and i can say that i know how it works . beside that, a very good hotel if you just go there to sleep near the airport , once in the room one feel good , i go back there on my next rip to the Philippines .

We prefer to use this hotel when in Cebu. Close to airport & not too far into city centre by taxi.Everything you need is on hand or close by. All Staff are on hand & their friendly attitude will go out of their way to assist where possible.
Highly recommended to all.

I chose this hotel based on previous reviews. I travelled alone and stayed here for 2 weeks. Without exception I was greeted in a most courteous way at all times All members of staff where efficient in their duties. Nothing was too much trouble. A very good point to note is that there is a manned 24hr security barrier approximately 100 metres from the front as well as security guards at the front door. Security guards will hail a taxi for you and note the plate number of the taxi for good measure. Within a 5 minute walk there are a number of good restaurants and 2 internet cafes housed within a small shopping mall that also has a medium sized supermarket. There is a shuttle bus every morning to the shopping malls for a nominal fee, and a free pick up and return to the airport which is only a 2 minute ride away. There is of course a hotel restaurant with 24hr room service, I ate out all the time as the restaurant was really only busy in the mornings for breakfast. The foyer is very small and can at times be busy as it is used for airline transit personnel. Facilities are non existant for children. Taxi rides in Cebu shopping malls Ayala and SM cost approximately £1.70 for the 20 - 25 minute ride. I enjoyed my stay here very much and for the business man and travellers I cannot fault it.

Location was good. We walked from the Cebu airport to the hotel. After check in, we walked around the streets as well.
The lady at the reception was helpful and friendly but she seemed so busy doing everything all by herself. One person is not enough.
We stayed only one day because we were to dive and wanted to stay at the beach area.

We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others. We have only one complaint. We stayed there for 7 nights and every day we had a problem with towels. We always had to ask for towels because when the room was made up all towels were taken and no clean towels were left for us to shower. Six out of seven days we had to phone for towels.
