I have to say the staff was...
I have to say the staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and the grounds are lovely. Security was good. For the money, it is hard to beat. If there is a complaint - the shower water pressure was poor. Really overall would go back again.

Great place to stay, really great food. Room was very clean, good security, great entertainment, good value for money. Would stay again.

The hotel, the service and the people...
The hotel, the service and the people ist just wonderful. My compliments and thanks to every body. Waterfront, you expect a nice beach. However from the beach there we where haevely disapointed. There is stinking rubbish flowing down the river and there was really no attention given to the beach at the Waterfront. What a pitty, this would be a nice treasure added to the Hotel called Waterfront. Instead of caring for the beach there is a sign saying, this beach is unsuitable for swimming. The people living along the beach sould be more educated that rubbish is not to be trown in the water. Once again thank you and shure we will be back one day with the hope to see a beautyfull clean beach at the Waterfront Hotel. Kind regards Urs and Rosaminda Gruenig
