Could be better - we would return
On the outskirts of Little India is this lovely hotel.
We did feel that the hotel could be a lot better than it actually is - if the management invested a bit more time and energy training and supervising the staff to a higher standard it would a lot lot better, eg part of our deal was that we were to receive a free mini bar and free laundry, however we had to call down to reception every evening to ask to have it replenished from the previous night and also to have the laundry collected! which was a little tiresome. We also felt that breakfast service was diabolical - the food was average and the experience could be a lot better if the staff served tea/coffee to the table rather than sitting about chatting to each other about their privavte lifes. I do feel that this is a management issue and not the fault of the staff as they were not supervised at all.
It is a very pleasant hotel in a lovely area.
