The room is small. Not many channels...
The room is small. Not many channels we can watch on TV. TV very lousy, colour goes off. Nevertheless, the service is very good.

I didn't even go to this Hotel....
I didn't even go to this Hotel. Firstly I could not find it and secondly the taxi driver told me that this Hotel is in red light district and the people who's staying there are not decent. I was with a family (3 kids) and he strongly told me not to go to that Hotel. I decided to burn the pre-paid rate and go for another hotel that cost double.

A very good "value for money" place....
A very good "value for money" place. Very clean, good basics in place, nice new (very basic) bathroom and they are working to improve it as well. Staff members are much more friendly and helpful than most in Singapore. The only "downer" for me was that I could not connect to the wireless internet; the disappointing part was that this appeared to be a common problem for guests but nothing was being done about it. Also, the charges for the internet are relatively high, considering you can get free wireless so easily in Singapore. Overall, though, a good experience!

we arrived in the early hours of...
we arrived in the early hours of the morning with a very warm welcome and shown to our room on the ground floor. These rooms have only just been renovated, fresh bright paint and new shower-rooms(a small bathroom with toilet shower and hand basin). A TV, phone,fridge,good cupboard space and a qween size bed. Breakfast, well why bother with the hotels(tea, coffee and toast) when just out side the hotel you could get a great bowl of podrige, toast and coffee for $2. The hotel is slowly renovating all the rooms. People must realise that Singapore hotel rooms are getting quite expensive, this hotel is good for the price and the stall are lovely. We would have a rest and shower late in the afternoon before going out for dinner and the house maid would come in after and remake the bed and deliver clean towels. Yes we would stay in that hotel again and recommend our friends too.

If you have to travel this hotel...
If you have to travel this hotel it good because u can walk a round this area and if u have to relex in the room it not ok because the room it small. This hotel Location and Service it ok.

We arrived in the foyer after a...
We arrived in the foyer after a long flight to find cardboard covering the inside of the lift and floors.They were doing work on the place and feel they should have closed the place for the inconvenience and visual horror of it all.We were shown a room the size of a cupboard with no window and cover on the bed and the sheets grey.When we complained we were given a slightly larger room and the bed had a cover on it.I would never advise anyone to stay there!

Many rooms unusual shape - had to...
Many rooms unusual shape - had to request change . Next room was OK . All small , consistent with age and location . Breakfast self serve , coffee toast jam only .
