The cancellation of my first reservation was not relayed to the hotel's staff which led to some confusion as to the number of rooms that we reserved fortunately we were able to retrieved from our iPad the confirmation of our initial reservation if not we would be forced to pay for two rooms.

Pros: location very convenient.
Contras: Room ok for one single person like me. However too small for a couple.
Toilet does not flush well. There is a bathtube instead of a shower-cabin which is bath-tube is quite uncomfortable when you have your shower. Price/value too high.

Comfortable Stay
We had an enjoyable stay the room was spacious, comfortable beds and a great shower. We would stay again if we visit Singapore.

Great location
Very pleasantly surprised that the hotel is round the corner from a new MRT station. This made it so easy to get to and from the airport and also every other location in Singapore.
The staff were very accommodating in all our requests, especially when we needed to have
our breakfast before opening time. This was taken care of by the restaurant staff allowing us
to start our meal early. This was a big bonus.
Room was very comfortable and quiet.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Good value for our money. The location was good because it was accessible to almost anywhere. The rooms were good too and the amenities. Breakfast was ok. Staff were helpful and friendly too. I can recommend this to family and friends.

The hotel is in an excellent location. There are bus stops across the street and the subway (MRT) is just around the corner. Next door is a 7-Eleven shop. The breakfast buffet was very nice. There was a large selection of both Western and Asian foods. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating every request, no matter how trivial. The rooms are on the small side, but adequate. This was our first time in Singapore and considering the scarcity of land, probably most rooms are small compared to US stabdards.

good to stay for a short time!
Good location, near train station. Service was good. Food was just ok, but you can find nicer food at a nearby food court 24/7.
I just walked around and find swimming pool is quite small but quite clean, gyms room has just 2 equipment; a treadmill and a home-gyms set as in the photo of the gyms. It is quite smelly and very dirty in there.

Short Stay Only
Although we were relatively comfortable, the room we had was only suitable for a short stay and for that reason would only come back for a one or two night stay.

Perfect for a stop over. With in easy reach of many atractions.

Singapore stopover
I have stayed in the Bayview before but about 10 years ago. The location is now served by underground and is not far from the City Hall shopping area. Room was fine and I enjoyed the rooftop pool before breakfast. Breakfast was included in my deal and was adequate. With the UK pound being weak the price was good compared with many other hotels I have stayed in before. As a base for a few days stopover on Singapore it was ideal
