Room was nice, Hotel is very impressive. I felt the air con needed servicing in the room as it had a musty smell sometimes if it was left on for a long period of time. Would be nice if the windows opened to let air in. The rms system in the room needs updating as does the hotel ip TV system

Extraordinary service
The Fullerton is everything you would expect from a luxury hotel: service, amenities, facilities... The slight improvement is the soundproofing of rooms: the halls can get very noisy and reverberate into the room.

Sweet and Memorable night in Fullerton
I booked this hotel for proposal to my girlfriend. The room is nice and the service is excellent...Although late check-in was arranged on that day due to late check-out from previous customers, I can accept sincere apologize from counter staff. My proposal is successful and the room's atmosphere is so suitable.... Great expenrience in Fullerton!

There are better places at these prices.
The Fullerton Hotel has let its service standards lapse in general. From the moment we arrived to our departure, the hallmark of the stay was bad service. On arrival, no one came to help with our substantial luggage until I had unloaded it with the help of my friend. Ran into another old friend at the hotel, who helped with the check-in.
We had four meals in the hotel. One dinner at Jade Restaurant, which was good food, acceptable service and overall positive experience.
The other three meals were 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner at The Town Restaurant. Since Town was the default breakfast option, the poor service we experienced there perhaps best describes the overall disappointment with the Fullerton. From being led to a smoking area then back into non smoking, to not having the table set properly, and consistently cleared after that, having to go up to the coffee server with my cup to get a coffee, seeing other guests have their juices refilled at their tables while were ignored, all in all contributed to the worst service experience ever.

I stayed one night on a Saturday. I have stayed in the hotel twice before for longer periods. It is handy to our office. The staff, front desk and conceirge were friendly, helpful and efficient. I checked in late had a shower and went out asking the front desk to organise the tidying up of my bathroom. I was disappointed this did not happen. Also the fruit selection at breakfast is rather sparse for a 5 star hotel in the tropics. The room looked out onto a six foot high concrete wall so there was little natural light. For a businessman it is an okay experience for the price but I would not use the hotel for leisure.

Give it a miss!
For the retail price they advertise you are paying the Hotel is not delivering.
Pros:
(1) Good location - in the heart of the financial district
(2) Clean room
(3) The hotel looks nice (on the outside).
Cons:
(1) The breakfast buffet is substandard. I have had better breakfasts in 4 star hotels. A minimal number of choices and generally bland tasting food. The cooking staff should be ashamed!! This was the biggest disappointment.
(2) Noisy, airconditioner can clearly be heard. If there is any sound passing your room in the hall way you will be sure to hear it. I heard the cleaners frequently passing by my room.
(3) Most of the non-front desk staff speak broken English. They are polite but you have to stain to understand what they are saying. Seems the hotel like to employ cheap foreign labour. This is unacceptable given the retail rates they charge.
(4) The lobby is noisy. Dont expect to be able to read a newspaper in peace and quiet.
(5) Small outdoor pool area
Overall this hotel may suit a business traveller as you are walking just a minute away from the financial district.

We only had one night to spend...
We only had one night to spend in Singapore before travelling on for our honeymoon in Malaysia. Booking through Asiarooms was simple and gave a good deal for such a prestigious hotel. The Fullerton has a great location which was important since our stay was so short. We were tired after travelling and needed a few hours sleep before heading out to explore the city. The room was beautiful and very comfortable and the luxurious bathroom was great. Stepping out at night was amazing, the location could not have been better for restaurants and night life. After walking around a little and having some good local food we enjoyed an excellent cocktail in the hotel bar before bed. The buffet breakfast was excellent and included a huge selection of eastern and western food. We would stay again.

Stay was pleasant, Service was outstanding. They were generous to offer late checkout, Breakfast which was not included in the packet. The only shortcoming, they don't provide WIFI on complementary, which is becoming worldwide necessity for most all travelers. Thanks and best Best wishes for the management and the staff. Rachmat

I got room with double bed, when...
I got room with double bed, when i request to change with twin bed, that respond very quick. walking inside this hotel until u leave, every staff friendly and ready to serve you. great hotel but very important great staff.
