I was very impressed with the service I received from Jeremy, the butler, on my first day. My only criticism was I thought the service at breakfast was disappointing. However, overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

We would like to say a big thank-you to all the staff that we meet in the course of our stay at Raffles, howevre I would like to say that the front of house staff more so the door people need to be a little more polite at times when they challenge the guests on entry or the guests visitors to the hotel.
I would all so suggest that the hotel review its laundry charges as they are more expensive than those of the 5 star hotels in London
On the whole a nice hotel and a very nice stay.

We were really happy with our stay...
We were really happy with our stay in Raffles ,next time we will stay longer . The staff are so good would of liked to take them home with us! and the meal we had in the Courtyard restaurant excellent. Think it would be good if KrisFlyer points were available for the stay . A truly memorable experiance we have already recomended to our friends to stay there

Very central location and your staff are terrific and really wonderful to see so many smile and say hello as opposed to being quiet .. refreshing change. Was nice to meet some other staff at Fridays presidents cocktails and the use of the pool and facilities during the PM whilst waiting for the evening flight was very welcome. Ross and Suzette

My wife and I first visited Singapore...
My wife and I first visited Singapore over 10 years ago and visited Raffles to see what all the fuss was about and to try the famous Singapore Sling.
Afterwards we promised ourselves that we would stay there at least once in our life.
The opportunity came when my wife had a business trip to Singapore which gave us the opportunity to combine her visit with a short holiday for both of us. This October is our 35th wedding anniversary so the timing was perfect.
Our stay at Raffles was wonderful and we are going back soon. I don't think I could ever stop in Singapore again without staying at Raffles for at least a couple of nights.
The staff were friendly and made us both feel truly welcome. I now understand why Raffles Hotel has been so highly considered for so many years.

We had very high expectations of Raffles... and I am delighted to say they were exceeded. The service was warm and attentive, but not over-the-top. The hotel is beautiful, and impeccably maintained. We had a fantastic stay. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
