I stayed at the Royal Plaza on...
I stayed at the Royal Plaza on Scotts Road for five nights at the end of August.The Hotel from the outside was not very impressive, but once i was out of the Taxi my opinion quickly changed. Every member of staff I met treated me like royalty and most of them remembered my name, which was nice. Room service was prompt and very reasonably priced. The bedroom was nice and the bathroom was ample with plenty of shampoo and lotions, which were replenished daily.The free mini-bar was a real bonus and comprised of two cans of beer, two bottles of water and four cans of mineral and was refilled daily. I will definetly stay here again on my next visit. It was great value for money and the Hotel is an ideal location for exploring Orchard Road.

I think Royal Plaza is the representative hotel for family purposes, my spouse was very hapy and also my children cause the room is cozy and comfortable , and the room service really 24 hours ready to helping us in any cases, and fast responds, My family realy excited for this hotel.

We really enjoyed the Royal Plaza. It appeared to be very popular with families and the restaurant was always busy, which we liked. It was interesting just to sit and watch. The room was very spacious and everything of a very high standard. On our previous stay in Singapore we were in a five star hotel and The Royal Plaza was just as good. It is in the centre of the shopping district though, so you must be prepared for the crowds outside.

Great location for shopping on Orchard Road. Hotel staff very friendly. Great value for money with full buffet breakfast. The Royal Plaza hotel is highly recommended.

A great located hotel with very helpful staff. The room was lovely and we appreciated the use of the executive lounge on the afternoon of our depature as we had checked out of the hotel in the morning. Will definately stay at the Royal Plaza hotel again.

The location is one of the best for shopping. Right next to bus stops and MTR. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quite spacious. If you are looking for a view, there is none. Excellent breakfast buffet. Compared to three other very well-known hotels on which I have stayed in the last three months, also on Orchard Road, this is the best value for money.
