Long waits for check-in and check-out were very disapppointing for an airport hotel, which is supposed to cater for convenience. Poor value overall.

we e-mailed the hotel prior to our return giving our late arrival and requesting a late departure as our flight was at midnight the following day. the young lady on reception was very unaccommodating and stated that the hotel was full .we asked to keep our room on the next day and a different receptionist prooved very helpful .we had to pay an extra half day but this was acceptable in the circumstances. we had a banquet at the hotel prior to departure tosay that the portions were small is an understatement they were minute!Although this is an excellent hotel it is difficult to visit anywhere without using taxis.

Great hotel for a short stopover close to the airport. The only negative point is that the shuttle runs not continiously. We had to wait a long time at the airport before we could take a shuttle to the hotel.

A great place ... especially on short layover at Chiangi Airport. It is convenient to a next day's early flight but also a pleasant experience in its own right. I enjoyed it very much.

We travel a lot, socially and with business. Without question this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The free shuttle bus from the airport only runs once an hour and takes about 25 mins. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. You are then reliant on the shuttle bus back to the airport and then MRT into town, which will take about 1.5 hours. Or a taxi ride at your own expense, which although not terribly expensive, maybe 35 sing dollars, will soon add up. The room was unbelievably small. I didn't know you could make a hotel room so small. I recommend you do not stay in this hotel.

We had a very short stay on our last night in Singapore. We wanted to stay close to the airport, but there are no hotels much closer.
I was staying with my brother and were surprised to see that the bathroom had a big picture window into the bedroom! What a SURPRISE! Then we discovered a much appreciated shade that can be drawn down!
The hotel was very comfortable.
