Perfect for business
The all inclusive is really nice, more over if your room is in the 6th floor.
The hotel is closed to the airport and to the exhibition center, but a bit far (30 min by taxi) from the quay area.
Service of the hotel are nice ( 2 swiming pool / fitness center..) and the buffet is great.

Clean facilities. Good location. Generally friendly staff. Shuttle bus service to the airport was a plus.
They should promote the tourist places better. Stingy on the towels. The reception told me that it's free for them to print the boarding pass for me, but later charged me 50 cents a page.

We had a great time in the Changi Village hotel. We found the staff all very polite and helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was ok for us. The room we were initially given seemed quite small and i was a little disappointed as the spaciousness of the rooms was something that the hotel had pushed in their advertising. However i asked about the possibility of another room and was immediately granted, at no extra cost, a bigger room. The swimming pools were fantastic and whilst i didn't use the spa it looked beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and not so much more expensive than the coffee house round the corner. Restaurants looked great but we actually just popped round the corner to where there were lots of local food places and hawker stalls...to be recommended! All in all an excellent experience of this hotel.

We had stayed here the previous month on the way to Europe and had an inward facing room. I had requested a room facing outside on our return and this request was honoured.

Complimentary Transfers
Hotel free shuttle schedules only shy by a couple of hours from twenty four hours service for their guests, it's start/departs from hotel 05:00 hrs of every hour to Changi International Airport terminal and end at 02:00 hrs. There's No 03:00 hrs and 04:00 hrs departure from the hotel, you have take a taxi (at your own expenses) if you need to leave at this hours. We have stayed at this hotel two years ago 2009 (close to the airport), have No problem what so ever with leaving at 03:00 hrs. When i'd address this concern to the front desk staff, the answer was - sorry this hotel under a "New Management". So we took 02:00 hrs shuttle service; even tho our flight departure is 06:00 hrs by Delta Air Lines. We wish a "New Management" will consider to give their guests 24 hrs service shuttle, not 22 hrs. Other than this shuttle service inconvenience, all and all it was a nice stayed.

T^his hotel looks nice from outside. The room was appalling really, the carpet was so filthy, my daughter went to pull the curtains back to look outside and all the windows outside were all green from that much grime on them. All in all this was very disappointing and we definitely would not stay again.

Great hotel for stop-overs
We stayed at Changi Village for a stop over and it was a great option for being in transit. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport and the hotel has a free shuttle to the airport.
The rooms were very basic, but nice and comfortable. The rooms are a little tired looking and could do with a make-over, but overall it was quite pleasant.
The hotel is about 30 mins drive into the centre of Singapore, so it is easy to explore. There are some lovely little restaurants close to the hotel, but not much of a night life.
Pool is lovely and a great way to spend a few hot hours.
