Friendly and helpful front desk
Front desk staff provided helpful information about food and very friendly. The room service staff is very friendly too. There should be more variety for breakfast.

Not too bad
The bathroom is very small and the gym consists of only a treadmill and a weights machine. But the surrounding area is nice with parks close by and an outdoor exercise park about 5 minutes away. Handy to Sentosa island. The water in my room (512) from the shower felt cool - there wasnt hot water. The outlook from the room was pleasant. Staff quite ok. Also bring your own shampoo. Not sure why the room wasn't serviced on the first day until about 6pm when i had returned to the room. But quite a decent place overall. Wifi in room and breakfast were nice.

Not a pleasant stay
It was a pretty bad experience for me and my friend as when we enters the room, it really does not worth the money. It was like as if a cheap "red light" hotel to stay in.
In your website it stated as 2 double bed. But in the room itself, it was a siingle queen size bed. I went down to the reception to clarify that I book the room with a 2 single bed and not a queen size bed. To my shockness, they said they do not have a 2 single bed in thir rooms.
In the end, me and my fren, a guy, got to sleep together in a queen size bed.
There was no hinges in the toilet door as it can't be closed properly. A really bad experience and does not worth the money that we had to pay.

A good budget hotel. Successful location. All nearby. Chinatown, cable car, center, metro and buses in the center, food court.

The Room is small, not very small, but quite small. It's okay if you don't have any big luggage.
Access is quite all right, there's a bus going to vivo city and china town, from there you can take MRT.
I didn't find any hawker center near by, the nearest is to go to vivo city or china town to eat.
No supermarket within comfortable walking distance... (pretty far) so it's a hassle.
Great to stay here if you're a young single/couple with a budget.

Disappointing
the reason I have rated this hotel low is because of the standard of the room about 2* and we wer charged the equivalent of a 3 or4 *price. When we arrived the bathroom florr was covered I water.after requesting towels or for it to be mopped up it was still not attended to when we arrived back in the room after 10oclock. We the rang Dow for towels and mopped it ourselves. We were not offered another room. The bed lamp didn't work. The cupboard was falling to pieces. There was no breakfast as advertised as the dining area was being renovated. In the morning a very pleasant young lady apologized for her colleague and gave us refund of S$10 because of breakfast. We cancelled a subsequent booking we had made for the 13th April and explained why. The young lady apologized again and offered to contact Asiarooms for us to cancel which she did. Obviously some of the staff here have it right.

Just renovated beautiful refreshing hotel. The owners are very friendly.The rooms were just the right size and super clean. Located on bus and taxie route and about a mile from Vivo Mall.My wife and I would book Harbour Ville again. Thank you
