transit stay for early morn flight
very convenient for those who need to refresh themselves before a long /early flight. the hotel is connected with T3, with the skytrain to T2/T1 around the corner. T3 also hosts a moderate selection of eateries and shops (save a supermarket - or at least I didn't see it), saving precious time from journeying into CBD.
the room has decent sound-proofing. I managed to read in the morning after seeing relatives off in T1.

Fantastic!
We ended up upgrading to a suite as we mistakenly booked the night after we arrived and that was all the hotel had. Front desk was still extremely helpful and accommodating considering that we had made the booking error. They also gave the suite to us at a reasonable price as we initially booked a regular room. The suite was huge with a large ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, kitchenette area, living room, office and another half bathroom. It was very modern, clean and perfect for our family (we have 2 children under the age of 2). Our flight didn't leave until midnight the following day so they extended our check-out to 4pm with no extra cost and then gave us a key to access the pool, gym etc. afterwards so that we would have something to do while we were waiting. We will definitely be staying again if we have a lay-over in Singapore!!

Perfect location for transiting; Traveling with younger kids who loves airport and airplane so this was the place! We did not try the hotel's restaurant the kids were happy to adventures the cafes along the terminal 3!

Only had a whole day and night here. Service at front desk was excellent and room facilities more than adequate: very clean, aesthetic and spacious. Very convenient location as we took the MRT everywhere and didn't need the extra time to travel to the airport the next day.

Overall we found the hotel to be excellent, especially as we are an older couple access to the airport was a really plus point. The staff were polite and friendly, especially we would like to mention Marlon.
The swimming pool was lovely, quite unusual.
The only minus points are:
No complementary water in our room on arrival.
Only one bathrobe.
The bar lounge was very expensive for what was on offer.
These are fairly minor points, and we would certainly return on our next trip to Australia.
The breakfast was very good, with very attentive service.

the room is big compare to all the other hotels in the AP region! the design is modern and chic. i love the swimming pool very nice except that you would hear the planes take off. it is connected to the T3 terminal and also the MRT (train to the city) station very convenient.
