The hotel was a little farther from Incheon Airport than I thought it would be, but I called the shuttle service when I arrived at ICN a little after midnight and they came to pick me up about 15 minutes later - They had me meet them at an information booth. The shuttle going back to ICN runs every half hour. One thing - if you don't speak Korean and you need to call them you may want to go to an information booth for help, because I wasn't able to communicate with them. I had to pass the phone off to my boyfriend. The room was nice though and a good value. It was a great place to stay for just the night and I'd stay there again next time I spend the night in Incheon between flights. They also emailed me back very quickly when I wrote to ask about late check in.
