The hotel is presented as a 5 stars hotel but it is more a 4 stars hotel. The rooms need to be refreshed, no swimming pool, no iron in the room, only one complementary bottle of water for two persons (it is two in any other hotel !), far from any subway line, too few free shuttle bus to downtown, so not usefull at all. We stayd 3 nights in this hotel and for the first night, we received a very noisy room facing the street. We had to insist to get a quite room at the other side of the building while the hotel was far to be full.

One night when I came back to the hotel, the room door was found wide open! But the hotel denied that any staff entered the room. Though noting found lost yet, it was a very terrible experience.

Over-all, Ramada Seoul is like any other...
Over-all, Ramada Seoul is like any other standard hotel. Nothing fantastic about it, although the price is relatively cheaper than other hotels in Seoul. The lobby is nothing majestic, nor are the rooms.
On the specifics....There is no sauna for women, only for men only. Breakfast was expensive and not typically included in the room rates, but had a very poor selection of food. Bath essentials are provided but weirdly enough, you have to pay for the toothpaste.
