Will choose 2C House again for my next visit to Seoul
The staffs were friendly, the room was small but it was suitable for solo traveler. The room was also clean and cozy. Moreover, it is a strategic place that it takes just about 5-10 mins walk from the subway station. There are lots of restaurants and marts around the area so it is not to worry for the food.

The hotel has tiny rooms but very well-organized; lots of storage. Computer desk, internet access, TV and small bar fridge all appreciated. Bathrooms shared, communal dishes and microwave or stove. The hotel does not have a common room or lobby to meet other guests. --- But perhaps the best aspect of the hotel is its nearness to Wangsimni subway station; less than a 5 minute walk. Three subway lines cross there; very handy for getting around the city.

2C House is situated at just a short walk away from Wangsimni station which is really convenient for getting around Seoul. There's also a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You get a small, cosy air-conditioned room all by yourself with TV and a fridge. There's free wi-fi but you need to bring your laptop as there's only one desktop computer for use. Kitchen, toilets and bathrooms are shared, but its quite clean and well-maintained. Washer is coin-op (1000 won) and you need to bring your own detergent but dryer is free. The owner and his staffs are all very nice, friendly and helpful, just call their office via the telephone on the first storey, and they'd be glad to help. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay here and would come again.

My room was about six by ten feet... while it did include a tv and A/C,,,, there was barely room for me to change cloths.
Shared bathroom for whole floor. (clean, but still)
Paper thin walls,,, with very loud neighbors all three nights... did not get much good sleep.
On the upside, it's very well located.

Nice and Centralized
A very good accommodation, a nice room for someone who is pretty much out most of the time.
Its right next to the subway, so very accessible, and also has two 24/7 just a couple of meters away. It sits in a district which has a lot of good restaurants, and a lot of good bars which I visited often.
As for the rooms, it is a quite small room, but that is what it says in the first place.
But it gives you good space for you to store your things, the internet is very fast and there is good television (even better than some hotels).
As for service, the owner is a very kind, wellspoken and open man. Always up for a chat, and willing to help you. The laundry service is also very kind, and very helpful.
I did not use the kitchen, so I dont really know about that. But having a microwave and a hot/cold water dispenser is very nice, you dont always get that everywhere.
All in all I had a great time in Seoul, and I definitely recommend this place. Its central, a good place to sleep, and perfect for you home base to go anywhere !

Great value and location.
Centrally located and within easy walking distance of a main station, 2C House provided the perfect affordable location to explore Seoul. I would definitely recommend the guesthouse to friends. The room was compact but well equipped with fast internet, air conditioning, TV and fridge.

Value for Money
i booked 1 month before the date of travel. this apartment room definitely is value for money. fully equipped & fully furnished. strategic logation because its just 100 meter away from Subway line 5 - wangsimni station (Jungang Line, Subway Line 2 as well) whereby the complex station of wangsimni is also shopping complex called BitPlex (A new trend mall). very comfortable to stay, sleep & rest.

Great location
The hotel location was great, very close to subway, groceries, shopping and local restaurants. We booked a double room but it turned out that they only have singles available so my husband and I were split up on female and male apartments on two separate floors - inconvenient. The single room was small but it was clean and has good shelves and cabinets for luggage. It's definitely not a regular hotel or hostel. There is no common area to meet people, well except may be outdoor in the backyard by the laundry.
