The room looked okay at the website but it is poorly maintained. Breakfast was fast food...carpet needs cleaning. Light/internet socket came off. It is close to the street and noisy.

The lobby area is very nice and decorated with art items made/created by the owner, very impressive. The room deco is a bit old but the bathroom is clean and modern. We enjoyed the walking to places that we wanted to go. The staff are friendly and very informative.

The room facilities are basic but the service is quite comprehensively good.
Very welcome the free bike renting that permits you to explore the small city following your own schedule.

knowing nothing about hotels in Hualien, I booked this one online according to price and relatively good reviews. The hotel location is pretty close to shopping and dining, but just far away from the main street to be relatively quiet. The room was quite small, but the bed was comfortable. I only was able to get two Queen beds in my price class. The staff was very friendly and helpful. People are probably already aware that the breakfast is served in the room; one has to choose from several choices the night before; the amount was quite small, though, being used to the all-you-can-eat buffets at other hotels in Asia. overall, I can recommend it due to the good value to price ratio

We stayed for 2 night there with my girlfriend.
The breakfast is average, nice that you can borrow some bike.
A bit outside of the center of hualien but since the city is small you can easily reach the center within 10 min by walk

I read the comments and feedback on this hotel on Asiarooms and Trip Advisor and the comments were all positive. I then chose this hotel. When I arrived, I felt the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I had never experienced it before in other hotels. Thanks for Asiarooms. Even more thanks for the staff at C'est Jeune Hotel Hualien. Highly recommended to all kinds of travellers to Hualien.

Very nice hotel. Good location, nice service, clean room and bathroom, and there is a free bicycle rental to travel around the city. I will surely come back to this hotel again in my next trip to Hualien.

The room and the toilet are very clean. The hotel services were also up to standard. During the day of our checkout, we have to leave very early to take the train and they even prepare our breakfast for us to eat during the train ride. Thumb up!!
The only downside is the hotel is slightly far from the main city area however, it is about 15mins stroll from the main city area.
For the services and cleanliness, i would recommend this hotel, but not for the location.
