Helpful and courteous staff
Great location. Near MRT and Tapei Main train station. Makes travelling within and out of Taipei very convenient. Hotel was renovating ts external facade when we arrived. To make up for the inconvenience, they upgraded us to an executive room. Wow. The room was big and had a separate living room. The toilet was huge too. Though the room was a bit jaded it was still very comfortable. On Day 2, the hotel put us up at a nearby service apartment which was above the Taipei bus station. Think the hotel room was scheduled for maintenance work that day. The service apartment room was very clean, new and cosy. Also a great place to stay though we had to go back to Ceaser for breakfast. We didnt mind cos they paid for the cab fares to and fro and gave us 2 mrt day passess. That's is great customer service on their part in making sure our stay with them was a pleasant one although we were inconvenienced to a certain extent. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast spread was good. Had both chinese and western food. Overall, I would highly recommend Caesar to FIT travellers who want convenience and comfort at their doorstep.
