The hotel staff are courteous and helpful....
The hotel staff are courteous and helpful. The room is quite small for 3 persons. There is limited TV channels in the room unlike other hotels which I have stayed in Taipei. The hotel is quite a distance away from the subway stations. There is nothing interesting around the hotel - a 7-11, and a MOS Burger outlet.

very lovely hotel, the room is very nice,...
very lovely hotel, the room is very nice, clean, and everything seem news. The breakfast was good I really enjoy to stay in this hotel, the people at front desk was very helpfull I will come again at Gala hotel if I have to come back to Taipei

Excellent !!...nothing to complain about for me,...
Excellent !!...nothing to complain about for me, my husband and our baby (16 months old by then)...our room has LCD and DVD player, it's very helpful to calm our baby who got sick that time, the breakfast is perfect...the room and the bathroom is super clean, our baby can crawl over...absolutely if we go to Taipei again we'll stay at this hotel *O*

This is a very good hotel that...
This is a very good hotel that greets people with a smile. Excellent service.. Room is neat, tidy and comfortable.. Friendly frontdesk and bellboy that will tell you more about taipei and the places of interest and where you can go to find good food. Its worth staying in this hotel.
