This was our first stop in our...
This was our first stop in our honeymoon and boy we LOVED the hotel! The room was perfect for a couple. Bed area had a Japanese touch to it, with a low platform bed, and a little coffee table between the bed and TV. There was also a jacuzzi. Though breakfast was a disappointment in the hotel, we hopped over the shop opposite for our daily dose of soya bean milk and local breakfast. p.s. This is a long overdue review. We stayed there in Jan 08!

City Suites is a very chic hotel....
City Suites is a very chic hotel. Very new and stylish.Although I was a bit suprised to see the interior design of the room-- the bathtub is at arm reach of the bed.(There was a shower room beside of the bathtub)I think it is really fun to stay in a hotel like this.Design like this is great for couples. Staff are helpful and nice. The only downside is that there is absolutely no view because of the location.

This hotel is very nice. the room...
This hotel is very nice. the room is clean, the bathroom is urban, and very reasonable. Breakfast was included too. I enjoyed eating at the night market near this hotel, just 5 minutes.

I was truly appreciated my stay in...
I was truly appreciated my stay in this hotel. However, Staffs seemed to be shorted. Front officer had to carry my luggage to my room instead of the bellboy. Hotel location is a bit far from MRT ZhongShan, took me 15-20mins but I enjoy seeing the city, so it didn't bother me much. It's really worth what I paid for. Thank you ^^ PS:Thanks Front Girl once again for the info of Jimmy Liao's goods shop!!

I stayed there only one night and...
I stayed there only one night and had the superior room. The ambience, furnishing and decoration of the room was lovely, cozy and tasteful. Comfortable bed and great spacious bathroom. I only had problems with the lighting: there is a control panel next to the bed that I did not find at first. Lighting in the bathroom and room is a little dim, great for evening but not for daylight. Breakfast was fine, served in an attractive room. This is a very stylish place, decorated attractively but not expensively. Service was excellent. Taxis to the subway and shopping were cheap and easy to get (NT$100)I definitely would stay there again.

My wife and I loved the hotel....
My wife and I loved the hotel. Jill at the front desk was especially helpful in finding an excellent room for us when the first assigned room had a very poor view. The breakfast was very good with many varieties and most wonderful coffee. The only disappointment was there were too few drawers in the room comparing to other hotels.

The hotel interior is contemporary and modern....
The hotel interior is contemporary and modern. Fit for all business executive but not for senior managers and above. Hotel is small but the usage of space is clever and i must say, smart. Staff is helpful and pleasant and accommodating (was late for breakfast but cafe staff made up with some fresh toast bread, juices and tea...nice people). Free usage of internet and wifi. Walking distance to 24 hours mini mart and also night food street. Taxi and bus is right in front of the main entrance to hotel. I would likely stay at this hotel again and the rate from www.asiarooms.com is always recommendable to all my peers. Hopefully, www.asiarooms.com would introduce more hotel/resort/motel/inn/b+b and introduce competitive prices as well. Thank you and have a pleasant stay at City Suites, Taipei (Nanjing St.)[as there are another City Suites next to the Taipei Intl. Airport.]

Everything was well taken care of at...
Everything was well taken care of at this hotel. My only gripe would be that it is a little far out, but even so it was only a 15 min walk to the nearest train station - and on the way back one night we found a great night market that had fab food, so I wouldn't even hold this against it! I was there with my partner and we had a lovely room, with a massive shower, huge bath and plasma tv. Breakfast was great with a mixture of Asian and western food and a nice cosy outside area to sit and read your paper over coffee. I would definately reccommend city suites, we had a relaxing stay in a very tasteful modern hotel with very helpful staff.

IT WAS A SMALL BOUTIQUE STYLE HOTEL...
IT WAS A SMALL BOUTIQUE STYLE HOTEL WHICH HAD A GOOD STANDARD ADN LOVELY ROOM ENVIRONMENT AND HOTEL AMBIENCE. MORE SUITABLE FOR YOUNG COUPLES AND PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP. HOTEL BREAKFAST WAS SMALL BUT REASONABLY SATISFYING. OVERALL HOTEL STANDARDS MEETS ITS RATINGS AS 4* SINGAPORE STANDARD. LOCATION IS GENERALLY ALRIGHT, WALKABLE DISTANCE TO THE NEAREST MRT AND NEXT TO IT WAS A MINI MART AND 7 ELEVEN AS WELL AS SOME SMALL EATING HOUSES WHICH MADE IT CONVENIENT IF YOU WERE FEELING TIRED TO GO OUT FOR A MEAL.
