We stayed here for two weeks and had a fabulous time! Its in a convenient location, the staff is helpful, and the rooms are really cool! I suggest checking out the Dream hotel as well as asiarooms.com

We stayed at the Dream Hotel for...
We stayed at the Dream Hotel for 3 nights in Bangkok in the middle of a whirlwind tour of Southeast Asia. Suffice it to say, its name is definitely a good description of the hotel. The outlandish decor is in keeping with my own aesthetic, which is modern but not garish.
Rooms are clean and very well-kept. They are also a good use of space. There was an unfortunate incident where the front desk accused me of putting blue marks (like pen marks) on the arm of a white leather armchair. Apparently, housekeeping noticed this on the 3rd day of our stay. They were going to charge me 5000 baht! However, this was remedied when I showed housekeeping the blue marks all over the seat of the desk chair which they did not notice. Front desk apologized and blamed housekeeping for not noticing the latter earlier.

Hotel was great value: plush furnishings and not too large, more than justifying its "boutique" status and hip cachet. Trendy types would feel more than at home and, furthermore, would not be ashamed to tell the in-crowd they'd billeted there for a few days. Good for families as well, but not perhaps ones with large broods of kids. Loved the big tellies in the rooms, the blue lights, the walk-in showers. Also liked the the kitschy decor, the strong city vibe and the bar areas, while the roof terrace with pool was a great plus. The metropolitan buzz extended beyond the hotel's purist white walls. Location was great, as there were plenty of bars and market stalls, skytrains and glaring lights, with enough local flavour to satisfy desparate-to-be adventurous types who want to experience a slice of life in the real Bangkok. A few cavils: cleaners took quite a time to spruce up the rooms on some days - as late as 4pm. Why is it minibars are so expensive? And the second room we stayed in had a bath/shower unit that spilled loads of water on to the white tiles - messy and dangerous. The staff were really helpful and polite. Lots of choice with beakfasts and pleasant dining areas: cosy and intimate. Would enjoy a second serving at the dream hotel

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and was overall very satisfied. the hotel offers good value for the rate. it seems to be pretty new with modern roooms and offers a friendly and helpfull service. the design in some parts ( the lobby has several fountains, pastel colors and plushy sofas) is a bit trashy for my taste but the room i stayed in was very nice, modern and clean.
the hotel is located conviniently to skytrain and metro, so you are not forced to use a cab during the heavy traffic hours. the restaurant offers good quality food.

This boutique hotel tries a little too hard to be something that it is not. The standard room is way too small, there is no swimming pool and the gym is as small as a hotel room. The one that takes the cake for me is Flava restaurant. Help me understand why the management thinks it's a guess-friendly idea to start playing LIVE loud music at 9pm. Give me a break, this is Bangkok, not Timbuktu. People eat late. Some of the diners barely started eating when the volume went up. Others actually turned away when they heard how noisy the restaurant was - at 9 pm.
And imagine having a promotion for the Bar that says -"Saturday nights - free for models'. Like I said, this hotel tries a little too hard.
