Booked Superior room as wanted same room...
Booked Superior room as wanted same room type as last time. It was old and outdated and the worst bathroom I have ever seen and the room smelled. When enquiring regarding the room we were told that last time we booked an executive room. In fact the first time I had turned up on the day and was only offered 1 type of room (typically the most expensive). They also complained regarding the amount I had paid as it was a good deal on the internet, it's not my fault if they offer rooms at lower than published prices. We changed rooms after speaking to the front office manager as she was extremely helpful. The hotel needs so much spending on it to bring it up to standards they seem to have only spent money on the attached food and drink outlets which serve warm beer. The pool is terrible and hardly gets any sun and full of flies which dont leave you alone. The breakfast is ok but the tables are never cleaned and there was a beetle in the jam tray. I never ate breakfast there again. Expect to pay triple the price for food and drink and dont forget the 17% service and Vat on top then they want a tip also. Perfect location for patpong and the girl bars if you are looking for that sort of thing but I have seen the staff speak extremely disrespectfully to people bringing guests in and they sit by the lift waiting to jump at people to get the extra money

I stayed for 4 days and satisfied their hospitality
except the morning buffet.
My 2nd day's was not enough to prepared neither foods and
tables, with insufficient number of staffs.
However, it recovered from the next day.
The foods're tasty and possible to choose from kinds of.
The bath room's washbasin was too small to put some cosmetics,
it should be refurnished.
But the staff's effort and warm welcome compensated the disappontment.
Totally recommended.

Staff on receception very unfriendly. Would only give me one room key, despite both my wife and i occupying the room.
Hotel and room was clean, but some areas are in need of refurbishment.
Yes value for money, but I did not like the unfriendly staff on check in and was not able to have a second room key for my wife, so probably would not stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location for patpong is great. Breakfast was not as good as some hotels of the same price range. I would stay here again.

If this hotel doesn't begin full scale renovations within a year, it should lose it's Ramada branding. I've stayed at this hotel before and chose it because of the convenient location. The hotel is the very embodiment of seediness. It doesn't look like it's been updated since it opened.
The breakfast buffet was excellent with enough variety one wouldn't get tired of it over a period of several days. The pool is in the shadow of the hotel and other buildings for all but about 2 or 3 hours during the day.

Location is very good and conveniently located in the heart of Patpong and Silom. But to bring a guest to your room after 6 pm cost me 950 Baht! For securitiy reasons? The hotel can simply retain the identity card of the guest.
I was given a room with 2 single beds. I was not even asked my preference when I check in at the reception...
Also, when I put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, the housekeeper will give a phonecall to ask if I want them to clean the room now??!! Isn't this a kind of disturbance too?? I was still sleeping...
I will not stay in this hotel again despite its good location.
Limousine service to airport cost me 1000 Baht!

Very happy with the Hotel and staff.I booked very late and got a refurbished smoking room which was changed to a non-smoking for the next night.This was a little dated but clean and a good size.They charge for the use of the safe in the rooms but is free at the reception safe.Hotel food was good.Very close to night life,markets and Sky train.Definately would stay here again.Booking through Asiarooms was excellent.
