Patronizing experience
Although the staff in general is friendly, you may face most patronizing attitude at the reception. This hotel promised late check out until midnight (00.00) but in fact they tried to explain that is noon (which is 12.00) After consultation with Asiaroom.com I got late check out until 18:00. Not very encouraging. Not going to use this hotel anymore. Cannot trust them. Needed really the late check out because my flight was around midnight. Their bargain deal promised it, but practice not.

this is my second time staying at Tawana. Free wifi for every room. Bathroom with bath and shower, large mirrors in my room.

The location of Tawana Hotel is good,it is very close with the Sala Deang BTS station and the night market. Around the hotel, there have a lot of gay bar & gogo bar, so it is a good place for gay couples. But the hotel's facility is a little bit old, especially for the lobby, elevators. Even for the aisle floor is made by wood,the low-grade wood floor. The bathroom is very samll.
But the staff is very nice and courteous except the lobby lounge's staff.
