I have stayed at the Tower Inn...
I have stayed at the Tower Inn 6 times, the last November 2005. I like this hotel.
It has 4 strong points. First : excellent location on Silom and close to shopping centres, restaurants, night market etc. Second : good service (staff very friendly, excellent breakfast). Third : very large rooms. Fourth : very affordable. But furniture and bed are rather old.

The tower Inn, is in a great location, close axcess to the sky train and papong rd. The suite was a great size and was serviced and cleaned well. The roof top was very special, the views were great and the meals were very nice and priced well. But the hotel does look very tired and is in need of some renovations, but dont get put off is very clean and tidy and the staff are very nice and helpfull, all in all a great place for the price. Will stay again !!!

Over the past year(2005)I have stayed at the tower inn on three occations,1st was one week 2nd two weeks and the last was one month on all of my stays the staff were so helpfull on one occasion I required some needle and thread well the house staff turned the hotel upside down and found a small kit. thanks guys.oh by the way Im back in January 2006 for two weeks and looking forward to the stay.

I have stayed here at the tower inn 3 times and have enjoyed it, the staff and wait staff were really great and it is in walking distance of patpong nightlife. They seem to be doing some renovations which will even make it better. My last visit was 11-04-05 the only complaint i have was my air unit was not quite cold enough.

I have stayed here for the last 4 years, last trip 13 nights October 2005, arrived at hotel 1.30 am .wet, tired, feeling down, well the reception fixed me up quick, upgraded me to superior room, air cond was great, bed was that big got lost in it. Seriously i have stayed at most of all the so called 5 star places, the look good but have very little feeling, The Tower Inn has friendly doorman, room service, staff generally. Good gym, pools good, Breakfast very good.This a relax type hotel, easy going "no stress". If you don't have a good time there, its your fault, enjoy.

I stayed in the Tower Inn Bangkok...
I stayed in the Tower Inn Bangkok hotel for 5 nights in oct 04. Apart from the fact that the hotel had not recieved our booking from the agent which was not their fault, everything was fine. Breathtaking views from the rooftop bar, a great place to have a cold beer before going to bed. Super value for 1500 bht approx. Would stay again

Well I spent only two nights on Tower Inn hotel Bangkok, and I can say it is quite a good hotel if you are looking for a central, afordable and friendly one. Just few minutes walking from Patpong, restaurants, train, etc and such nice enviroment and also a nice breakfast.

The location was the main reason for...
The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel. It's close to just about everything you need in Bangkok. We were working in the area but Patpong night life, shopping centres and good food are all close by.
Be careful what room you get! The first room we were given (9th floor) was a stinker. It was big but not nice, old dirty furniture and an unpleasant smell. We asked for another room which was much better, like the brochure shows.
The food at breakfast was good and the hotel staff generally very good.
Using email is much cheaper a couple of doors away at an internet cafe than at the business centre in the hotel.
Didn't get chance to use the pool or any other facilities.
