We were very happy with our Zenith...
We were very happy with our Zenith Hotel experience. The room was quiet, which is a big thing being in Bangkok. The room was light, clean and all the facilities in the room worked perfectly. The buffet breakfast included was well stocked and delicious. The staff were english-friendly, polite and helpful. We had had a variety of types of accommodation while we were traveling in the north of Thailand, and for our last 4 night to be spent in very comfortable surroundings we were very pleased with the Zenith. The sky-pool was also a great treat after a hard days shopping.

Hotel is not suitable for business travellers. Internet is not available as a free service. Once I did get internet access, VPN access did not work. This is essential for my corporate access. I did a conference call to a 001-800 toll free number. I was charged 4200 Baht for the call, but was able to get this reduced to a 100 Baht service fee.
Great access if you need to go to Bumrungrad hospital.
Breakfast is included but mediocre.

The only reason I marked the bathroom down is that
there are no handles to assist getting out of the bath for large or elderly persons (or both)like me !
In my book no one ever gets a five by the way.

The hotel was fantastic. The availability of halal food near the hotel was easy to find. The location of the train was also nearby. However, perhaps next time the hotel could indicate which food is halal for the breakfast that is included in the package? :)

i enjoyed my stay again food and service very good.Took my uncle with me 82 yrs old he will also stay there again,he lives i.n Malaysia.My only complaint the towels should be better qaulity,gym was good internet facilities. Best of all the massages fantastic hygenic comfortable+amenities

The pool was on the roof, which is really useful in Bangkok as most hotels' pools are in the shade. Nice pool and good views over Bangkok.
The rooms were excellent and were clean. The elevators had a damp smell, presumably due to a recent flood, but again otherwise the lobby etc looked pretty good. Breakfast was good except don't drink the pineapple juice as it always tastes off. They use frozen concentrates by the taste of the juices.
Located on soi3 Sukhumvit. A busy road but not a problem. Good location for going off to the shops on the skytrain.
I will stay here again because of the pool, the rooms and is in a convenient location.
