Hotel was very suprising and will be definiatley staying again. I have payed a lot more money for hotels which are only half as good as this.

Very nice hotel.Good facilities-we were upgraded to an executive suite and I had use of the hotel's gym which was much appreciated.
Overall a very nice stay.Internet was very expensive as was the food but I prefer to go eat outside the hotel anyway and motorbike taxi to a decent internet cafe cost 10 baht.

Great hotel
I was very impressed with the hotel. We checked late at night but they did not give us a hard time about it. They upgraded our standard room to an executive room free of charge. This was most likely because I tried to cancel the booking a few weeks ago but was unable. FYI, you cannot cancel your booking with this hotel as it has a no cancel and no transfer policy. The room was huge and extremely clean. There was a 32 inch flat screen with a lot of channels (mostly Thai). The washroom had a shower and separate bath. The bell hop was also very kind and accommodating. He came up exactly at 9 am when we needed to leave to take our bags. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to stay in Bangkok. The only issue that I had was there was no breakfast included and it is quite expensive to pay for.

Staying at the Amari Airport Hotel was very pleasant.
Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the room was very comfortable. They outperformed my expectations in every way. I will surely return to this fine hotel.
