Bossotel a great place to stay
I have stayed at the Bossotel on three previous occassions
Always find the Bossotel so friendly and helpful
It was a pleasure to return to this friendly hotel
Since the rooms and bathrooms have been upgraded.It is a very classy hotel
I would recommend it to anyone want to stay close to river ferries and skytrain
It is very close to Silom Resturant area and all the nite-life
Thank you to all the staff at the Bossotel for making my stay in Bangkok a pleasure

second of two stays this holiday
March 2012. Having completed a hectic tour in North Vietnam we decided to break our journey home with a two night stop in Bangkok. Our experience at the Bossotel 16days previously was faultless (see review) but after a long day's travel this time we met up with a hitch upon arrival.
It was obvious from the reaction of the staff at reception that they were not expecting us and were thrown into more confusion when we produced the 'Asia Rooms' confirmation document. Referring the matter to a senior manager resulted, after much discussion, in our being eventually allocated a room and apologies from the reception staff but not the manager.
Relieved, we headed off to the room on the 5th floor, but this was something of a disappointment.
Our 'Superior 'room this time did not have the twin beds or the outside view of our previous stay but the window looked over the other internal rooms, not particularly pleasant. The room itself was clean enough, again with that slight hint of long past smokers and the bathroom was ok; but the floor space was small, in fact much smaller than our 'Standard' room of four years ago and nothing like our 'Superior' room earlier in March. When this was raised with the staff at reception they explained that our room of 16 days previously was in fact a 'Deluxe' room and the one they had managed to find us was definitly a 'Superior' room....hmm! just a hint of being fobbed off. We'll book 'Deluxe' next time.

First of two stays at this hotel this holiday
March 2012. We booked a Superior room, preferably twin bed, quiet, non smoking with an outside view and were delighted with the room and bathroom provided, just what was ordered and needed after a long flight. On the fourth floor it overlooked the road but was quiet enough, roomy with just a hint of long past smokers.The staff on reception and in the restaurant area were efficient, helpful and friendly. The choice of food for breakfast is superb, the range for evening meals is adequate but obviously cannot match that offered by the large number of local restaurants. This, our second stay here, reaffirmed our view that this hotel is very good value for money and in an ideal location for exploring Bangkok by river or Skytrain.

Good location, good place, good hotel
We were on December 2011, Room is big but maybe a bit old. Hotel has a perfect location, really good and cheap spa, and everything is more than correct. I expected more from the breakfast, but was ok also.
Really no bad points. If I comeback to BKK I will book this hotel again.

Nice hotel, but old rooms
Hotel well located close to skyline stop and river boat station. It is located in a secondary road so not very noisy.
Room where we stayed was a little bit old, air conditionong and refrigerator Aldo old and noisy.
Breakfast was very nice, thai food, eggs, omelettes, nice coffee, toasts, fruits, juices...
Friendly staff and very nice massages!!!!!! (cheap as well)

Overpriced, false info on Asiarooms
Totally over priced hotel for room & facilities. This hotel isn't in SILOM as advertised on asia rooms!!! Rooms are small & pokey for prices they charge. Didn't eat here so cant comment on food. Bed comfy.
Pool is super small.. we booked this hotel due to location and pool advertised and both were incorrect. Very disappointed. Supposed to stay three nights, only stayed one..
What they don't tell you is that you need to pay in FULL as soon as you arrive, very unusual for a hotel (esp as we both work in this industry). Very rude female manager who wasn't flexible at all even though we had been travelling all day.
Payment at end of stay was not an option.

Good hotel in the center of Bangkok
The hotel is not de best I've ever used but, at less, it's not far from the center and very close to a riber boat express stop.
