This was my first experience with citadines but let me tell you that this place is awesome.... its in the middle of the city but is situated a KM away from the main road so away from all the noise and hustle bustle of the city . They have a great TUK TUK Service thats 24 hours for you to get in the main street which is a plus. the metro station is rite at the drop off of the TUK TUK.
Beautiful room clean and the service great. Very friendly staff and food great.... coming from the gulf the bar down stairs serves shisha and liquor which is awesome. We Were there when the game between Chelsea and Man U was on and they have this great screen thats a Projector .....
over all awesome highly recommended not a 5 star but just what u need in a city like bangkok....

This hotel was a great find. It was very quiet, good value for money clean and well located. The staff were extremely helpful. Because of the lateness of my flights on arrival and departure I booked for two night. I arrived at 01.00 hours and and left at 01.00 hours the next day. The staff very obligingly only charged me for one night. The walk up Sukhumvit Soi 8 was very pleasant but there is always to tuk-tuk service to Sukhumvit Road. I have previously used Citadines in Paris and found the staff very helpful and obliging as well. Highly recommended

Second stay at Citadines
Only here for 1 night, though booked the room for an additional 1/2 day as this tied in better with our flights. Free luggage room so could leave cases from first trip till we returned.

Good location, with free tuk tuk to take you to the nana sky train station. We had a 2 bedroomed appartment and the accommodation was spacious, clean and pleasant. Room wasn't ready when we arrived, even though we were 2 hours later than check-in, but other than that, no issues.

First time here after we had stayed at a nearby hotel for years. Very happy with the room. The service was very friendly, fast and efficient. The location in a rather quiet soi is also a big plus. Their tuk tuk service between the Hotel and Sukhumvit road is a great service. Internet connection is free and at DSL speed levels. Great hotel. looking forward to our next stay here.

Staff excellent and tuk tuk service very useful. Room was spacious and clean, air con efficient and quiet. room cleaned every day. Only cons are the shower had no hot water and the internet connection was slow when it was available.
I was very happy with my stay there and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartments. The staff were very efficient and helpful and I would be happy to stay there again

What happened to the service standards? A shame compared to my previous visit followed by a shining review.
Positives: 1. Tuk tuk service to main road 2. Location
Negatives: 1. Requested for non-smoking room but was given smoking room 514 2. Room looked tired and was dirty(mouldy microwave) 3. Smoke filled the entire floor and room of course 4. Staff pulled long faces, no smiles 5. Overall maintanence was poor 6. Poor value for $$$

Good value for money.A modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Free in room internet is great. A long way down the Soi which makes his a very quiet location. Tuk tuk service to main road during day is useful.
