because this hotel is located away from the main street, there is little traffic and the surroundings are quiet and nice. the only thing which i didn't really like was the breakfast provided stops at 10am. i find it to be too early. And the variety of food was very limited.

First night in bangkok
Not a bad place to stay in, abit far from the main road, but my partner didn't complaint, so i guess it's still manageable.
Overall cleanliness was good, no complains, but the only complaint i have is perhaps the receptionist would have looked better with a smile. If people didn't know, He might have looked like the hotel guest, and i looked like the receptionist instead.
The bfast that came with the hotel was not bad, fried rice, scrambled eggs, ham, some fried vegs, and fruit juices/coffee/tea. Not bad for the price we've paid.
They also offer free tuk tuk ride to the main road, but you'll still have to walk in if you're going back to the hotel.

Everything is ok, bfast is simple with not much varieties.
The walk to the main road is pretty long and there are currently some constructions going on too. It will be better if the hotel can provide tuk tuk to the nearest BTS.
The Spa only operates till 9pm(last appt) instead of the 11pm stated.

I stay at Best Western every time I'm passing through Bangkok and need to stay in the city. I live in Hong Kong and this hotel is great for what I need. Staff are friendly and very helpful, rooms are good from basic to deluxe. Its sometimes a little difficult for taxis to find so call the hotel to explain to the taxi, I find this is easiest though some taxis know exactly where it is. The first time I stayed I hadn't pre booked a Non Smoking room and got Smoking so state clearly which you prefer. Wifi is free and great connection. Breakfast is both Asian and European, there isn't a huge buffet but it's perfect for what you need. It's value for money and the location is good.

Six day stay
We stayed for six days after a 29 day SE Asia tour, it was a good place to stay to relax after the hectic tour.
Breakfast is basic, staff were helpful. Room lacked draw storage for spreading out clothes. Location was good for shopping & food.

Overall Pleasant Stay
Hotel is situated at a quiet street . You have to pass by some warehouses or factories to your hotel . Not recommended for groups of females if you choose to walk to main road but can opt for the free tuk tuk service provided by the hotel to the main road . But hotel is of walkable distant to Platinum shopping mall & Pratunam market (10mins) . Walkable distant (15mins) to BTS too . Wifi was down and up during the stay . There's no bathroom slippers provided too . Breakfast is simple but tasty . Staff is helpful . Overall a pleasant stay .
