We stayed at the hotel for 1 night, the beds were big and nice, but overall the room was wery poor. Even though we reserved a budget place, it could have been a bit better. There were burn marks on the floormats all over the hotel left from ironing. We didnt even have a room key since the previous customer had taken it, so everytime i went for a cigarette, someone from the lobby had to come open the door for me. We went also to Sawasdee Siam hotel in Pattaya and that was terrible. The rooms were very basic and dirty, the bathroom was worn out and the toilet was broken. The breakfast room was dirty and the warm food was cold.
All the chairs on the pool were broken or there was damage on it. Conclusion, Sawasdee Siam hotel is not even a 1 star hotel.
