Compact, central and self-contained.
Good value centrally located hotel with all the facilities required for self catering in a compact but adequate room. The only improvement I can suggest would be to upgrade the pillows which are ineffectual and unpleasant, being loose bags of lumpy viscose flocking.

Excellent hotel
I stayed at Citadines 23 and 11, and it was great! The rooms are amazing, the hotel cleaning is excellent and the reception staff is very helpful. They allow you to check in at any times 24 hours, they can arrange a taxi on meter for you, and are very helpful in explaining to you some of the things in the surrounding area. The hotels both are in a nice street (Soi 23 one was a bit more quiet than 11) but if you just walk 2 minutes and you're in the middle of all the action. On my next trips I'll be going to Citadines!

Nice apartment
Value for money but street is too crowded for comfort. Distance to Nana station is about 8 mins walk, far if it rains, sweaty if under hot sun. Room was good, clean and comfortable but bed was really hard, need to ask for extra pillows. I prefer Citadines at soi 8. Anyhow, the price was reasonable and we had a great time in Bangkok.

Very good, friendly staff. I stayed in double studio, it had everything I needed as a business traveler. It,s really easy to get around town as the bts is on corner of Sukhunvut and 11.the hotel have a free tuk tuk to get you there. The Temple bar does a good pot of breakfast tea with fresh cold milk, not very easy to come by in Bangkok.

Boys on Tour
Superb hotel at a superb price. Four of us were in Thailand for a golf weekend and the rate worked out at 25 sterling pounds a night. That was less than a round of golf! Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, clean, excellently located place to lay their head.
I for one will definitely use this hotel again. My only point would be that the beds weren't the biggest (I am 6'2") so whilst it made for a great single, I wouldn't be staying here with my wife.
Perfect for the single guest in my opinion.

The Citadines is located in a good area if you dont mind it busy, this can be a tiny bit nosey but if you want to be a party animal then you have two clubs near by, and plenty of other bars and amenities.
Nana BTS train sation is very close and if your lazy there are plenty of taxi's to get you around.
The room i stayed in was a condo room which you can stay in for a month and gets serviced every day, the staff are very friendly and they will help you if needed.
The only problem i had was the room was showing signs of age and smelt really muskey but apart from that i cant complian for its location and for what i needed
