The room was large and had a separate kitchen which was not necessary. There was a jug but no tea or coffee which was disappointing. Breakfast was not included but there was a restaurant serving breakfast for 120 baht.
This hotel is ok if you want to be close to the airport but there are cheaper and better hotels nearby.

Excellent hotel near Suvarnabhumi Airport!
We stayed here for 3 nights and we are very pleased with this hotel which provided shuttle service to and from the Airport as stated during booking. The staff was at the airport waiting for us, which was very reassuring. The room was quite spacious and well-maintained. The bathroom was also as clean and pleasant.
The only thing that the restaurant should improve on here is the quality of their American breakfast (120 Bahts) which was a bit expensive for the meagre portion served whereas in Bangkok or most of Thailand, buffet breakfasts are normally much more generous and varied.
Nevertheless, for the other meals served here (a la carte), the price is reasonable and the quality is good though service is a bit slow...
We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks again to Regent Suvernabhumi for the shuttle provided; that was an excellent service for most guests, I believe.

Top notch service
The Regent S. looks and feels like an apartment building from Taipei, with bigger studio rooms--that is a compliment, because we have stayed in an apartment in Taipei and were well treated. The kitchenette with hot water pot, the clean well-kept bed, the wifi, and easy walking distance to FamilyMart as well as street food vendors (there is food on site) makes it an ideal, reasonable, clean and cheerful place to stay while laying over near the airport. The 'spirit house' and decor in the lobby adds a wonderful ambience.
But the service stands out most of all. The shuttle drivers are great about waiting for you precisely when and where they say they will be in the airport (efficiency some hotel chains in the US could learn from). The morning of our departure was the most amazing of all however. I had forgotten a crucial item (rhymes with fastport) while settling our affairs. I realized this on arrival at the airport. Our driver immediately called to the hotel, and within ten minutes I had my fastport in hand, so we were able to check in, clear security and make our flight in time. The Regent is an overlooked gem.

This hotel is not suitable for familys. It has no swimming pool and the location is poor. We were also promised a transfer from the airport to the hotel from Asiarooms which we did not receive.

Airport stopover
We were most impressed by the efficient collection and delivery to and from the airport. We found our contact easily and our name was clearly printed in large letters at the collection point. We had back up details sent to us in case of a problem The room was clean, large and comfortable except for the bed which was very hard. The mini bar was well stocked and inexpensive and the hotel had a cooked breakfast on offer for 1,500 Bht which was good value and the little restaurant and bar had good but inexpensive food and drink. The area was rather run down and I would not have wanted to stay there for a longer time but as a stop over it was spot on. It was really good value for money with the room and airport runs included.

Second Stay
This is our second stay and again very happy with the airport pick up and drop off system. Each time we only stayed for one night catching our connecting flight the following day and found the hotel perfect for this. The is a small complex about 300 meters from the hotel where you can choose from several food shops (KFC, Macas, MK, coffee shops and a small Lotus store). I would also recommend it if you plan to stay for a few days as the new sky train station is not far by taxi, just need to ensure you have the phone number to the hotel for your return as not all taxis (as per anywhere) do not know the roads too well.
