Not bad, but not great
The service when we first arrived was great, we were taken to sit down while someone took care of our registration. It was also great that whenever we wanted to go out the doorman would happily call a taxi for us. But, we did get some bad directions a few times from staff downstairs, and this was when we hadn't even sought help - they approached us when we were leaving the hotel. Also, on our second morning, the room phone inexplicably rang (very loudly!) early in the morning, waking us both up. It then stopped before we had a chance to answer, we could only assume they called the wrong room. This was pretty annoying though, we'd been up late the night before as it was our last night, and we had wanted to sleep before our long trip back home.

Huge, soul less hotel in poor location for tourists.
It's a strange hotel to review, good upgrade, great accommodation, staff very helpful. The food situation at lunch is dire and in the evening the music in the bar/restaurant is deafening, There's no shop for papers, postcards, stamps, chocolate etc and the locaction is not suitable for tourists. (No items of interest within walking distance, just ugly buildings and traffic jams.) Next door is a huge duty free complex which appears to replicate the duty free at the airport, I suspect that this hotel is mainly used for conventions and duty free addicts.

i can not fault anything that the pullman bangkok king power hotel did for us. we had booked a standard room but when we arrived we were informed that there were none available so they promptly upgraded us to a suite in the glass tower part of the hotel.wow! the room was exquisit. the buffet breakfast was included in the room rate and was extensive, top quality and covered all styles of food. i have to say we did not use any of the restaurants or bars as the prices were far out of our budget but all looked stunning. the pool area was fantastic, and never too busy. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was good too, plenty of bars, reastaurants, street food stalls and the public rail system was just round the corner.
this is a great hotel and i highly recommend it.

Amazing stay at the King Pullman Hotel
Our stay in the King Pullman hotel was absolutely brilliant. We were greeted in the best of ways, the concierge was very attentive and pretty much told us everything we wanted to know without we having to ask. The hotel is situated in a very confortable location right next to the skytrain which is by far the best means of transportation within Bangkok.
The hotel itslef was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We only had dinner in the Chang restaurant which was ok, we haven't tried the other restaurant. The breakfast was phenomenal and since we were jetlagged in our first night we were there at 6AM and it was great.
Can't really say anything negative about the place, the pool was fantastic as well and we payed a bargain (about £60 per night) for the service/conditions. We would definetely recommend and stay here again.

Pullman King Power Hotel is a big,...
Pullman King Power Hotel is a big, modern new hotex comples. We love the sofa in the room which can be turned into sofa bed. The bathroom is just wonderful, with both shower room and bath tub without making the bathroom feels crowded. The lightings in the room was excellent too. Swimming pool on the 4th floor was an attraction with glass railing. The only thing that we did not like was the distance from the elevator to our room. It was a loooong walk, almost going round for half of the building. Other than that, it was perfect. They also provided a various range of breakfast to choose from...it was wonderful and delicious

Nous avons ete tres agreablement surpris par la qualite de l hotel ;la chambre etait parfaite ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. Apres un vol tres long c etait parfait .Dommage que nous n ayons pas pu en profite plus longtemps car le lendemain nous repartions tres tot .
