Too Crowded for Comfort
There were too many students and adult groups in the Hotel and the elevators are out of order. Only one elevator can be used and it could be very frustrated for long waiting time. Eventually, we need to use the cargo lift.
We stay at the top floor, every morning at 6.45am, there were strange noise came from the ceiling that wakes us up. When we asked the receptionist, they dont seem to understand what we were talking about. Please check and find out the source of the pounding noise that last for about 30 mins at constant intervals.

I may stay again simply because of it's convenient location. Room poor value for money - badly needs refurbishing. Shower grouting needs cleaning. Air conditioning not good, better to open the window. General impression - this hotel likes to cuts corners.

Average hotel
Rooms are very basic and condition of room was quite old. There was a musky smell in the room and toilets. The toilet bowl was leaking whenever we flushed it. We didnt complain since we knew we were only staying for a night. On the website, they advertised triple rooms with 3 beds but when we got there it was a twin room and an extra bed! So obviously the room was a lot smaller than anticipated after the extra bed was put in.
Service was very average considering it is in Thailand. The level of communication was very low as it was very difficult to communicate with them in English.
Overall it was Ok for the price we paid. Cant really complain.

Comfortable Stay at Hotel PSK
This is my 3rd stay at Hotel PSK. I have always liked this hotel as it is just next to a shopping centre. Restaurants and other convenient stores are just nearby and you will never at a lost looking for food. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive and i would want to come back again if the room rates are right.

The room was ok but the good thing is only the mountain view if you staying at Suthep Wing. Inside the room is very basic, not many channels for TV, the room look old and toilet if you are tall please forget this hotel because your head might hid the ceiling. I mind you!!!!! The hotel is look quite big but overall it's need decorating. Breakfast have only few choices.

I booked the deluxe room because I had already seen one of the standard rooms, and it was dismal. Reception did not have my reservation, told me that they could not prepare vegetarian food for breakfast, and said that I would have to pay $23.40 USD for wi-fi access for the 24 hours I would be there. After check-in, I went to the huge pool, which is the selling point of this hotel. There was no one at the desk to provide towels, and no life guard or employee in sight despite the fact that there were kids playing in the pool. A group of young Thai men who were not guests were lounging by the pool. One of them tried to stop me from entering, saying "Sorry. Sorry." He was shirtless and had no staff ID, so I ignored him. About 20 mins. later, a guy in a jump suit and a name tag came running up to me with a clipboard and demanded that I sign in to use the pool. I told him about the shirtless kid and asked who he was. He said, "not staff". Then I asked why the Thais at the other end of the pool hadn't signed in. He had no answer. I asked him why there was no lifeguard when kids were playing in the pool and he had no answer for that either. I demanded to speak to his supervisor immediately. After 20 minutes, nothing had happened, so I swam to the other end of the pool and asked when the manager was coming. He said, "Sorry, manager not here today." I told him there is always a manager and told him to get somebody there within 5 minutes. The manager of the pool and massage center was there in 3. She apologized for the lack of personnel and their attitude, but I asked to speak to the GM of the hotel about the other issues. He never called. I finally reached the duty manager late that evening. He had no explanation for anything, and simply said he was sorry. I asked for free wi-fi or breakfast to make up for the hotel's shortcomings, but he refused and said that the GM would not call me back to discuss my complaint. Next day, at the pool, I was asked to sign in. Thais were not.

Nice hotel despite carpets in rooms. Some repairs need to be done. Besides, staff friendly, very honest, and helpful. Good value quality/price
