Relax and unforgettable experience
Excellence service, especially for the house keeping, also the food of its coastal restaurant is very good and good service on arranging special event for me and my dear, wonderful experience.
Would recommend to have the free Internet access as quite inconvenient for visitor by paying 300-500 baht per day for accessing Internet, including the LAN and wireless as well.

1. Our room is next to lobby that is bad position due to lots of noises. dunno why I booked so earlier but got the worst room.
2. Custer service is good but not excellent. the value for money is not high.
3. breakfast is not buffet type. so not too many options and you can just order one time. the value for money is low.

splendid stay
my wife and I had a very relaxing and luxurious stay here. Rooms were great! the pool was fabulous and opened 24hours. the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. defintiely one of our best-stays in Thailand for a getaway.
The resort was peaceful and nothing beats breakfast to the sound of waves and a glorious view of the ocean.

It is a wonderful rsort. No need to mention how beautiful it is. It is very nice that the resort restaurant facing the beach, which you can enjoy the beach atmosphere. And the whole design of this resort really gave you a relaxing feeling. I would like to espeically praise the resort of its customer minded. It is a very considerate resort which the room facilities are surprising me. Staff are extremely friendly and professional!!!

Simply an IMPRESSIVE resort- very nice & modern room, extremely friendly service, and you can jump into the swimming pool from the balcony (although I doubt the cleanliness of the water), you can enjoy your big breakfast in front of the stunning seaview, you can lay on a 2m super king size "lazy" bed until noon, you can enjoy nice drinks during happy hour if you pay a bit extra to join the Z-Luxe club....their restaurant offers excellent food and service too...
It's not really located at the Hua Hin city centre, bathroom could be better (water pressure is too low) and the spa is not really best in class (but the room is nice). anyway, when we're talking about a room in such a good resort only costs you USD120 per night including breakfast, tax & service charge... can you ask for more then?

+ hotel decoration is modern and interesting especially the pier at the room.
+ bed mattress is very comfortable and clean
- room size just good for 2 person if add extra bed ( travel for 3 pax) is not recommend
- the extra bed charge is not reasonable, it charge more than half of the room price without breakfast
- too many mosquito but hotel provide repellent lotion

Everything in this hotel is good. The room is large and have a delicate view of swimming pool. The restaurant is near the sea. It is very suitful for the couple in honeymoon. It's quite pity that I only stayed there for only one night.
