Hotel very good value. Disappointed with the beaches no sun beds, to get to the islands you had to go by longtail boat which can be difficult getting on and off,also when you get to the island it was very crowded to many boats.Had a good time but not somewhere I would go back to.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Heritage Hotel, The rooms had a great view, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and nice. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Staff were friendly and service was good, however the pool was very small and crowded all the time. Walls were thin and we could smell the smoke from the room next door.
Overall, average, but for the price, I expected better. Might be cheaper going through them directly.

Resort was well presented and clean, staff were pleasant and obliging,our only criticism would be the shower temperatures which were impossible to adjust.
This was our second stay there,and our comments would apply to both visits.We would definitely stay again if they fixed the shower temperature controls.

The Heritage hotel is very nice ... but not stunning but good value for money. Friendly staff, clean and modern (it's new). A bit quiet but the chicken and cashews were good!
