The resort is quite near to the beach (5-10 min) walk. The rooms are very clean but breakfast is very poor with little options.

Good experience with all the staffs.
We check in on 1 Jun 2011 and check out on 4 June. We went as a family. The experience was excellent due to the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staffs. The room was fantastic and generous with the space and beds. Toilet big tub was another play ground for the children. The food at the Water Lily-hotel restaurant is better than all the restaurant we tried along krabi, Aonang beach.
The staffs helped to arrange for exellent transportation, provide valuable advises on the places to go, planned our itinerary to communicated the plan to the driver. They even prepared our packed snack for breakfast due to our early flight schedule and the staff was early waiting outside our door to carry our luggages.
We had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a short walk from beach and main areas but far enough away so it's peaceful and quiet at night.

We stayed at the best western in Phuket and were very happy, so after moving through phi phi and then on to Krabi we thought give this best western a go.We found it a lot less appealing than Phuket.The staff seemed to be switched off as it was very quiet.The food was at best stale, uninspiring and repetative.The facilities limited, and the tv choice terrible(5 thai plus bbc news only)although the swimming pool open the sun beds seemed very very limited.The gym was closed and the general atmosphere around the place was a winding down feel towards the end of season.Maybe if you are reading this before travelling in a busy period things may have changed(lets hope so)so we can only say that we were not pleased with the hotel, but loved Krabi.

Nice hotel in a very quiet location. Lots of places nearby where food is good and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was ok. Generally the staff were helpful and friendly even though there were occasional problem trying to communicate in English. Free WiFi.
