Let down by service.
This hotel could quite easily become a 5* hotel we had one of the Bungalows which was only 32 steps from one of the Hotels 3 pools and it was perfect. It is a shame the service did not match the location. We did not see any management in any area of the Hotel. Breakfast was a case of getting anyone of the 5 members of staff to actually serve you instead of all crooning over and arguing over who was going to hold or play with one of the guests babies. The bar was no different in fact we waited 10 minutes for a drink and then went into town which is only a two minute walk. Such a shame when it has so much to offer.

The stay was good. location was good, close to Ao Nang beach and 24hrs Macdonalds near by. Booking day tour is convinent too as the pick up point would be at Ao Nang beach. The rooms were all clean and staff were all friendly. Don't expect too much from the breakfast as there isnt alot of selection.

i can describe my stay at peace laguna in one word "perfect". i stayed in a cottage that was nothing short of amazing. i had a top floor cottage that was beautiful. a large living area with a large bay window and french doors opening up to private balcony. the bathroom had a nice size whirlpool and outdoor shower that you could view the krabi cliffs from. the peace laguana has three swimming pools to choose from and i swim laps everyday and found the back pool which was about 20 meters perfect. the breakfast buffet was great and view couldn't have been better. everyone that worked at the resort could not have been nicer and anything you needed they were there to help. i cannot say enough how much i enjoyed my stay and i cannot wait to come back.

The hotel was fantastic, much better than expected as the hotel website does not do this place justice. Perfect location - just off the main strip, yet you enter its own peaceful world. All the staff very helpful and friendly. They were very accomodating as we had to stay longer due to not being able to get back to Bangkok. Lovely breakfast with views across the water, swimming pools and cottages. A really unique hotel, I just hope it doesnt get too big with the new block they are adding. Would definately return.

We stayed in this resort for 2 nights in the standard room. The standard room is big but not so delicate. We suggested the deluxe room or the cottage should be the better choice. The location of this resort is good, only 1-2 mins to Ao nang st. by walk. And the service is also good.

The location is good, just mere 5 minutes away from the beach front, staff were friendly, with the exception of the manager at that time. The entire stay was brilliant, except that on my last day, it left a bad impression about customer handling. I was requesting for a statement of account, an itemized day-to-day account of my stay and the reservation desk refused to give it to me as it is confidential and it was already provided by Asia Rooms. The website doesn't provide such as it is generated by the hotel and must come with the hotel's letterhead. They gave me various answers, which I find truly absurd since I've used Asia Rooms for most of my hotel bookings, official business trips and holidays, and the hotels were able to provide me with the statement of account. I don't understand why it was difficult for them to do so. Having said that, the manager didn't even face me for the longest time, even if I was already irate upfront, which just shows the quality of customer handling that was very poor. Being in the same industry, I expected managers and GMs to make customers feel better. I enjoyed the stay, but the last day was disppointing, which left a very lasting impression.

Located 10mn from the beach, quiet and quality made resort with spacy rooms. Even if professional staff, they should pay more attention to the customer requests. Really excellent breakfeast with full of different choices of food. Ideal for couples, romantics and seniors.
Resort de qualité (construction et disposition des lieux) a 10mn de la plage et dans lequel on sera au calme. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Bien que le staff se veuille pro ils ne font pas toujours attention aux souhaits formulés. Superbe breakfeast (choix et qualité). Particulierement adapté AUX couples avec enfants et seniors.
