This was my second time stay at this particular Marriott Hotel & spa Pattaya. Both times I've had problems with my reservations. I did not get the room I requested either time, and it caused many problems and issues for both me and the staff. I will not stay again, that's for sure. Everytime I was at front desk, someone was there complaining about something, so I know I was not the only person not happy with my stay.

We found the Marriott to be very nice, the rooms are a great size - a little older than expected and the bathrooms were not up to standard - however overall the rooms were fine. The breakfast were fantastic and the pool area is gorgeous and very relaxing. The staff were fantastic also. Would definately go back there.

The place is very well maintained and clean. I noticed that they even mob the floor sparkling clean in my room. Though the bathroom is a little small compare to most hotels but it's clean and everything is in good condition.
A nice spread of buffet breakfast, nice pool both for adults and kids, well equipped and maintained gym, very conveniently located and almost all rooms are designed to have a nice beach view.
Of course all these come with a price. It is expensive to budget travelers. The design is such a way that when it rains, most of the corridors will be wet and slippery despite of their effort to dry it.
It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and definitely one of the best choices if you do not have any budget constraint.

A fine hotel, well located with a great pool and garden. It's breakfast is as good as any hotel in the world. Unfortunately there is no air conditioned lounge for a relaxing coffee and drink after dinner and the internet is far too expensive. This facility should be free of charge.
