We tend to always come back here whenever we're in Pattaya.
All the staff are very friendly and efficient and the location is probably the most convenient place to stay. Lovely, clean, large saltwater pool with wading pool for children attached.
Pretty reasonable buffet breakfast with eggs made to order, with bacon, beans, noodles, with fresh fruits, juices and tea coffee etc,
No doubt we will come again.

Dirty Rooms, in a happening place
Rooms are very ill equipped, nothing at all, one good thing is it is located in a very strategic place, near to most happening place. rooms are dirty, were not clean, our room was oily when checked in. make sure you find out what they charge for before enjoying the service or attractions

You get what you pay for here, couldnt expect anything better for just over 1100 Baht a night with (B/F)
Swimming pool is good and its very close to the beach. Situated on Pattaya Klang (central) road access in and out is fairly easy. If you like the bar life, then Soi 7 & 8 located a short walk away has everything you could possibly require. Central World Pattayas premier shopping mal is 5 min walk!

we came from BKK to stay 5...
we came from BKK to stay 5 days there. nothing to compare with Pathumwan princess hotel in BKK where we stayed but finally when looking at the price of this hotel and due to its perfect location in central Pattaya, just close to the Top mall and face to the beach, to me it's difficult to be hard in the rating. of course rooms are very simple and need to be refreshed at least to say but staff is friendly and helpful. my kids enjoyed the pool in the marvelous garden. not a great hotel but a very good combination of several advantages to compare with some inconveniences... once again for 1,000 baths don't ask the heaven!
