room booked was not available on arrival ,all special requests ignored..reception staff not very interested in helping guests. . it was the third time staying at this hotel standards have fallen well below that of previous years, well disapointed,

Beware of the Upgrade!
We had booked sea view double room on the 5th floor. Upon arrival the receptionist without asking us, gave us the keys of a chalet, in the area far away from the sea. When we brought us to notice the type of room that we have booked. She insisted that what she has offered is an upgrade. When we refused to take her offer, she insisted to she the details of the booking on the confirmation print out. Fortunately the details were mentioned. Then she said that 5th floor is fully booked and she can offer us a room on 2nd or 3rd floor. We refused, then suddenly she gave us a room on 5th floor. but this room was a twin bed room, instead of a double bed (as per our request). Having no choice we settled with this. The entire episode took almost hour & a half to conclude and left a very bad after taste.

Vistors should be aware that this hotel is a long way out of the main areas of Jomtien and Pattaya,so transport is needed to get there. Seniors should also be aware that there are no lifts, our room was on the third floor.
As with all hotels in SE Asia the airconditioning smells of mold, which can cause allergic reactions.
The room was quite large, clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel if you want just to relax on the beach. Very good service, big and clean rooms, good breakfast. Reserving sunchairs in advance seems a bit odd, but eventually you can find one. Some services way too expensive (transfer to airport for example).

Nice resort, but breakfast was not really tasty, and the location is in the middle of nowhere. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and the playground.

The room was nice, we got what we asking for (king bed size, connecting room). Overall it was perfect holiday we have.There is only one problem we have that they do not provide lift or escalator, since we stayed with our parents and 2 children. For us it won't matter but for elderly and kids, seems to be annoying for them.

as same as three months ago, the problem did not change. They still put the low disco music on right on the beach , we can hardly rest until we told them to turn it off. The internet is so so so slow, infact it was not working at all . the other computer was better but you need to wait for a long long time as there were so many people waiting to use it becuase there were only one computer working.
The staffs are very very nice , helpful and freindly.

incredibly suspicious meal manager who said the same thing to me wife and daughter every morning. You have two breakfast vouchers we have to charge her (even if she doesn't eat) after that we orded room service to save the hassle of an encounter.
Aside form this, pool good and my 3 year old daughter found her way quite easily aound the hotel.
In contrast hotels and staff are nice in bangkok
