very bad management
We have had manicure and waited 2 hours before go to bed and some nail polish come onto the bed sheet. The reception and manager say we have to pay 1000 THB for dirt on the bed sheet. We paid and want to take the sheet home that we have paid for but we can not.
I told them if have a hotel it sometimes happens that sheets are dirty and if pay 5400THB for 3 nights I think I have paid enough but they did not listen to what I said.
This make me never want to stay in this hotel anymore!!!

Change of plans holiday
To cut a long story short we had to change our holidays plans due to the weather in Vietnam and Pattaya Beach was our next best affordable option. Walked into the hotel and we were kindly greeted by a glass of iced green tea which was delightful. The hotel was average for us but good value for money and very clean. The rooms were spacious enough for a 5 night stay but on the ocean side you could hear the music from a local ladies bar every night until 5am but it was dull enough to sleep through it. The location was excellent if you want to enjoy a stroll around the central beach front shopping or head down to the beach for some relaxation. The beach was a 3 minute stroll down a street off the main beach road. The pol area on the 10th floor was excellent, it was small but nice that it was away from all the hustle and bustle of Pattaya beach front. If I was to stay here again i think for me it would only be a 2 or 3 night stay purely because I would have preferred a beach front resort that was away from the noise of Pattaya beach.

A smaller hotel, staff always seem friendly and honest [I left my thongs at the pool and they were still there 3 hours later,unbelievable!]L shaped layout of hotel means some rooms tend to look into your neighbours room,might be good for some,yet heavey curtins will give you 24 hour night if you want.Reasonably quiet location but some rooms may hear bar noise, but this is Pattaya.Breakfast 8/10 good underground parking with security,nice pool area on roof,close to Big C if you need it,probably more suited to Pattaya aware travelers.

Good location, quiet but only short distance from nightlife and beach. Good value for money. Clean and tidy. roof pool only small but clean and well looked after. Staff polite and helpful. Would use it again if I head to Pattaya again.

Bath room is little bit small, but it is not so bad,
because it has separate shower booth and bath tab.
Cellamic tile floor is clean. In main lobby smoking is allowed, so it is not goood for family and non-smokers. Location is very convenient. In total it's fare for value.
