Staff are appauling
We stayed at this hotel after staying at severn other hotels in pattaya I would not rate this hotel no more than a two star the room was awfull if you are going i suggest you up grade the room we was facing a brick wall you would have though if we was there for a night we stayed it would not matter but we was there for 16 nights suffering that it would have been no good to go to the reception staff they were the worst unfriendly reception staff in pattaya i have ever meet all holiday cheap and very very natsy air condition did not work properly even after reporting it four times the shower was useless and dirty the room smelt the tea was awfull as was the coffee and bacon you do not get value for your money i have gone to far better hotel for a lot less and got better service

arrived late evening first room i had was pretty small, after quick phone call to reception and small upgrade price was relocated to a bigger room no hassel at all. in general hotel was really nice. good food,pleseant staff. only gripe is that its quite close to a night club and music does carry on till 4am which can be annoying. otherwise would deffo stay here again

Songkran water festival time
We had a pleasant stay at Sabai Resort Pattaya during the Songkran festival period. Rooms were a decent size and kept clean and tidy by staff. Pool areas were OK but over chlorinated so hard on the eyes. Breakfast was good and a fair choice for most nationalities. Some area of the resort are effected by normal Pattaya nightclub noises but we had no issue in our room in the middle of the resort. We would stay again if we were looking for resort style accommodation in this price range in downtown Pattaya.

Stayed in a second floor room that was the least expensive so no view but it was handy to the pool and lobby. Had intended to upgrade to one of the rear villas but ran out of time. There are many options and different areas for this spreadout resort. You should be able to find what you want if it is available.

Overall, the service is apperciated. For example, an air conditioner was out of order in my room. The staff could fix it within 10 mins. The front desk staff provided all information what I requested. However, the breakfast could be provided more western food for taking.

The first night we stayed in a room that was not very good and upgraded to the end pool area,this was an improvement, the beds are extremly hard and we had to ask for blankets (3) to fold and put under our sheets, the front counter staff do not understand english and were not very helpfull the food and drink staff were very friendly,The garden around the resort was the best part for us and there were 3 couples in our group we all felt the same.Also this resort seemed to cater mainly for the male,s who enjoy the girly bars.At night you can hear the very loud music coming from the bars untill 7am in the morn, the aircon does help slightly muffeling the beat of the music. We would not be back....Close to the beach and Big C shopping plaza also International hospital across the road for good dentistry if needed..
