when we arrived the room was smelly we got a change not much better for the price the ceiling in the foyer collapsed just as my hubby was going to the gym which is out side the gym door, staff are very bad, ask for a call to go on trip at 7 in the morning and they did not give us the wake up call .........but when they found out the day we were leaving 2 days before they were all smiles, the hotel should be downgraded to just about 3 star and the prices should match as we paid top prices, for a very bad experience for our holiday would not recommend

The onle complaint is I went to go for a swim late at night and I was refused entryinto the pool ,you need to allow patrons to enter your pool at night time as thats when most aussies like to go for a swim . Other wise our stay with you was ok.kind regards Janet Alcock

Hotel was very nice as describe and shown through the pictures. Absolutely I would go back to this Hotel again. Just stay there for one night but staying there for couple of nights would be much better.

Very good hotel. I would definitely recommend this property. I believe the breakfast buffet could be improved. But, I was able to request an omelette, and it was made exactly how I requested, as well as steamed rice. Last issue, the hotel told me they wanted to charge me 5% more, because I was using an AMEX card. They waited several hours to tell me this, when they called me in my room. I explained to them that there was nothing in the AsiaRooms.com agreement that stated that I would be required to pay this 5%. I also said, why didn't you tell me when I checked in, as I also have a VISA and Mastercard, or even cash. I also would like the internet to be continuous in the room, not one hour at a time by free coupons. I look forward to staying at this hotel in the future,as it is much nicer than many other hotels in Pattaya, but maybe they could smooth out a couple of things!!

Everything is good except the water heater...
Everything is good except the water heater in the room. The location is strategic. service is pretty ok for a 3 star. quiet place.friendly staff.
My only complain is that the water heater spoil on me during my 4 days stay there. The heater and aircond did not work on my check in. Then change the room but then the heater failed on the second room. Anyway, I did not bother as liong as the aircond works. I am fine with cold shower.
