The hotel room was dirty, smelled musty and not as represented in the photo on Asia Rooms.
I complained to the staff and they were unhelpful and even though I offered to pay one nights stay they refused to refund a single penny of the three nights I paid for prior to looking at the room.
Don't pay a nickel until you see the rooms.
Worst hotel experience I've had.

when you arrivaled sometimes you wanna take least short times but when you got smelling the brankin it make you stop you feeling for least again. and when you saw the bathroom stay same place with toilet how you think?

Arrived at 9:30pm and was given a room with the paint peeling and no drawer or cupboard space - it did however have 4 coathangers !!
After further inspection I found the light over the bed was hanging loose and the tap itself in the sink turned around and no water came out. I went back down to reception and was given another room a few doors along the corridor. Collected my stuff and changed rooms. On waking up the following morning the bathroom was flooded so went back down to reception and complained again. Also it was advertised as having tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer which it didn't. The manager said it was Asia Rooms who advertised that and they did not have these facilities.
However, I got room number 3 and changed to there before breakfast. It overlooked the pool (which turned out to be the pool in the hotel next door). The room was slightly larger, the linen was clean and had 5 coathangers instead of 4, but still no other storage space for clothing or anything else.
Ideally situated just off Beach Road but very poor in all other respects.

The hotel is in a great location only meters from the beach Road, however that is about the only good thing to be said about it.
I had booked a standard room and when I arrived the room I was given in the older part of the hotel was damp and had paint flaking from the walls. It smelled of mold and the bed sagged in the middle. I went down and asked if I could upgrade my room and I was told that I would have to pay an additionall 500Baht (more than listed on Asiarooms. This I did and was given a more satisfactory room in the newer part of the hotel. Breakfast the next day was not worth the ride down in the lift (only one was working)very poor buffet breakfast. The hotel did however allow me a late check out without any additional charge.
This hotel is ok for one or two nights, but take my advice and upgrade the room. It is worth the extra if you have to stay there.

This is the only Hotel I will ever stay at in Pattaya. Great service, friendly staff, and excellent location!

Beware the famous mini bar scam is...
Beware the famous mini bar scam is being operated here, a number of Thai hotels do this.... and they tried this scam on me on the morning of the 6th May... they say you had this and this from the mini bar and then charge you for it. Just stand your ground and eventually they will buckle.
Service was rude from the moment I walked in... and rooms are dirty and v.small.

The people working at the reception are not friendly at all except for the bell boys.The air con in the room is not functioning well.The hotel is really meant for budget travellers who tend to stay long in Pattaya.The location is good.

Fair value for money considering the location,...
Fair value for money considering the location, right in the middle of Pattaya.
Bed was fair a bit softer would be nicer but not as hard as some we have found.
Air Con worked well.
No lift all rooms ar up between 1 - 5 floors, a bit hard on our old knees but if you are young so what.
I would probably not stay here again only because I think I could find better for similar money.
But no complaints with the service.
Oh! yes the bathrooms really are tiny but you don't go to pattaya for bath!
