Budget Hotel, but staff not friendly
The Bad:
1- There were no hair dryer in the room, so when I asked for it, reception offered me to upgrade my room, so there will be hair dryer inside!
2- Not only reception were not friendly, and never smiling. When I asked a question 2 times, she was upset and increase her voice nearly going to shout at me!
#####This was the worst thing about this hotel on my mind!#####
3- the bathroom pipe didn't function properly so water was all over the floor after each sower!
4- swimming pool was not clean and it seemed was not taken care for days because of things you could observe floating in the water!
5- A Volkswagen Station in the courtyard played music up to late at night and windows are not capable to resist the sound! so it is irritating if you decide to sleep a bit earlier than midnight!
6- The housekeeper didn't clean the room 2 days out of 5 days!
The Good:
1- service room person was friendly enough to give extra mineral water and towels for swimmingpool.
2- Included breakfast was OK, and variety of foods to select.
3- Not so far from the beach road, a few exchange offices around, 7/11 very close.
4- Bike rent and tour agency inside the hotel area
5- It's Guest friendly

Good value for money. Rooms are tired and need renovation.
Position excellent. Taxi bus will take you from right outside the hotel. Cost 10Baht.
Many bars and resturants within easy walking distance.
Dont take wife or kids to this hotel!!! Great for single travellers.

i had stayed here before so knew it was a reasonable hotel, the breakfast is good. and the swimming pool seems to be busy every day. it also looks like they are giving the hotel a make over, which can only be a good thing

The room was very clean and adequate, although the view was very poor and it was certainly not located three minutes from Walking Street, as advertised. You could not have travelled there in three minutes on a motor bike.
The pool was shaded all day and therefore not used.
The staff were very pleasant and I have no complaints at all about the service they provided.

I stayed there for 7nights, starting May 18th..room was nice, breakfast was ok. and sure the price paid was more than reasonable. still.. the staff. most of them seem really nice and friendly, but in the end I think its not that sincere as it might seem. They made me pay for things that I shouldnt pay for. paid 100baht for my "guests" breakfast, though I understood the room that I had paid for was double room for two persons inc. breakfast(?) Then when I was checking out, they went to check my minibar. and as a big surprise to me, 260baht bill they showed me next. condoms+water and some other stuff..sure did use the rubbers(and paid them already few days earlier, when one of the receptionists winked me there) and about the other stuff, I didn't use the minibar but since I had my "guest" there. I cant't say for sure, that those other things weren't taken) ..but since I had lost the receipt for the cond., and the girl wasn't working there at that time. I paid it again, but was furious. (and one of the staff-guys was there laughing next to me, like i would lie for smth like that. luckily kept my mind) So just be sure they dont trick you, like they tricked me. Its really not about the money, it's the principles

The rooms were old, the Internet was not half the shower is extremely small when one sat on the bathroom shower curtain came in their way. We sat on the toilet and the shower curtain from the shower came up to the toilet rim and could not even move. The room really should never have cost 950Baht, and the staff was at every service of 50 baht earn
I not so happy with this room
(German)Die zimmer waren alt das Internet ging zur Hälfte nicht Die Dusche extrem klein wenn man auf WC sass kam der Duschvorhang in die Quere. Man sass auf dem WC und der Duschvorhang von der Dusche kam bis zum WC rand und konnte nicht mal verschoben werden. Das Zimmer eigentlich hätte nie 950Baht kosten dürfen, und das Personal wollte bei jeder Dienstleistung gleich 50 Baht mitverdienen
