location within walking distance to beach /shopping and most the night activies.there is no kettle in the room need to keep on calling the housekeeping .the breakfast end at 930am and there is only a few items and they do not refill so for those who sleep late good luck.

The hotel is good with location and staffs are helpful,the breakfast is a bit disappointed with late comer and indian disks are available but no good. A lot of indians stay there as well as group tours of hong kong and china. Overall this room rate is very good for budget travellers with such good facilities.
I am going to stay there absolutely in the future.

We stayed at The Golden Beach Hotel...
We stayed at The Golden Beach Hotel Pattaya for 5 days and 4 nights.The stay was extremely comfortable and even better than our expectations.The best feature of the room is the bed, which is extremely comfortable and soft,which feels like heaven after a long day of outing in pattaya.Our room was on the 8th floor with a balcony facing the city.The balcony was a high point on the room as it gave a very good and beautiful view of pattaya by day and even by night.The breakfast was pretty good too and had a good variety also.The location of the hotel was superb.The hotel is close to the beach,hardly takes 5 minutes to reach the beach,was absolutely in the heart of the city!Even the massage facilities provided by the Hotel are very good and surprisingly affordable. The overall stay was absolutely delightful and we'd definitely like to come back again.

One word can explain my stay, EXCELLENT. The staff was friendly and helped with anything that was needed.My only problem was my stay wasnt long enough.Thank you for a great welcome and stay.

The rooms were good with good view...
The rooms were good with good view from balcony. The hotel has its own spa which is good.
The service except in coffee shop is very ordinary. The Housekeeping could do with additional training. The repair of bare necessacities is also inadequate.
Overall, the hotel is quiet centrally located and good for youngsters coming to Pattaya for fun.

For second time we have a wonderfuld...
For second time we have a wonderfuld time at Golden Beach Hotel.
Service and staff in top, nice swimmingpool area-the sunbed need to be change to new ones.
Only thing we could wish for, is that you teach your staff a little bit better english. They really had problems by understanding what we said. But everybody were helpfull, smiling and happy people.
We really enjoyd Pattaya. Sure we want to come back sometime.

This hotel was awful. The room was filthy. The shower curtain was stained and the bed sheets were dirty. The carpet had looked like it not been hoovered in months.I hated staying at this hotel. Never again.

We stayed at Hotel Golden Beach during our visit to Pattaya in october'05. I must say the Hotel was much below what I had expected & certainly not upto the mark. Language was a major problem with amost no one in the hotel able to communicate in English. The hotel staff also was not at all tourist friendly & showed no warmth to the visitors. Housekeeping was also not upto the mark with rooms not redone even till 3 in the afternoon. Towels in the room were torn with holes in them. ALL IN ALL A HOTEL WHICH CERTAINLY SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
