While having holiday at pattaya ... we encounter some jet ski scam on the beach ... the owner of the jet ski demand for money ... 28000 Baht ... 25000 Baht and 15000 baht respectively for 3 jet ski .. youtube it for more information ... so we been negotiating price for hours and my fren went back to the hotel to take his passport and he informed the front desk staff ... thats when they became very concern about the problem. They tried to help us by giving advise and raising the concern
The hotel manager than went down to the beach with hotel driver to help us with our problems and she called the international police instead of the locals police.
Upon arrival of the policeman, we were told by her and the policeman not to pay any money to them. So eventually we went back to the police station to settle the problems.
The hotel manager by the name of Miss Nittaya, she anchor the problem for us which cost her around a few hours of her time which she suppose to be going home. Beside anchoring the problem, she give assurance to us and follow and make sure the driver send us back safely.
Beside that, knowing that we may be danger outside the hotel compound. She host a dinner for us. The service and the helpfulness totally impressive me very much as it is above the top class standard.
Beside their service and concern, the room is spacious and bath tub is big ! It is very clean as well ... Location is just like 5 min walk away from the beach and very near to pubs and bar ...
I would strongly recommend this hotel to you ! As safety is always the main concern for tourist and they manage to ensure the safety of us !

this was a very nice we got married in pattya and both of us said this is a good hotel, the only problem was that you had to pay for the coffee in the room usually hotels dont charge for this

i considered it to be a very good hotel although slightly apprehensive by the location on arrival.
The staff were constantly friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.

Good but....
Had a small hiccup with the final day, when hotel accepted late checkout, only to wake me during my sleep to say they were fully booked and checkout was not possible.
Ok not entirely their fault but it has left an impression on me

This hotel is in a good location, 15 minutes stroll to Walking Street and near second road for the regular baht buses.
If you want to go to bed early you should ask for a room at the front of the hotel or you will hear the live music bars until 3am.
Maybe Mr Tim could offer free Wi-Fi, a hotel of this standard should not charge extra, many 800 baht a night hotels now offer free Wi-Fi.

Was perfect all but......
My only complaint is the building works that is being carried out at the hotel, we wasn't told
about the works untin we had checked in.
Works were carried out during working hours but I like to party with sexy, naked hookers into
early hours of the morning, so have to sleep in until early afternoon with them all..... Oh yeah that's how I like it baby!!
The hotel rooms are modern and very clean, roof pool is peaceful and no traffic noice from local busy streets.
Will go back every time.... I really enjoyed my stay.

Very disapointing stay and not really a boutique hotel experience. Hotel look very tired and very noisy as the sound proofing between room very poor. Room smelt musty and bathroom needed attention. The details of this hotel look very impressive but in actuality very misleading. Breakfast not very good, poor food quality and the breakfast room / restaurant again lacking anything boutique. Supposed to stay 2 nights, but only lasted 1.
