Bugs in my bed
I stayed here with my wife, son and father. I booked 3 rooms for us. My son was awaken at 5.00am with bugs biting him. On inspection he found several bugs in his bed. He contacted Reception who immediately relocated him to another room. In the morning when I became aware of the problem I notified the Duty Manager. I asked for a full refund on my son's room for that night due to the issue that occurred. We were never contacted in relation to this matter. On checkout I reiterated my request for a 1 night refund for his room and the hotel refused. Instead they said they tried to contact us to offer my party all a free massage in their spa salon. It was offered at checkout, but we had a flight to catch and could not avail of it. We also had an issue with the restaurant at breakfast being over-run with too many rude Indian guests. They just took over the place, pushing in front of you when you waited politely, or lingering in front of the food areas. Not a pleasant stay. Stayed before and thought it was fine. Never again.

General
All was good but the hotel is a bit tired with age showing on the room walls and furniture. Bed bases are life expired.
Cleanliness was good on what you saw, until you looked under the bed!!
Non smoking floor rules are not adhered to.

I think this hotel should be renovated soon. But the cleanliness is OK. The staff while check in was good because she upgraded room for us. It was different from staffs while checked out. They left us for waiting around 45 minutes :(

Good enough room with small bathroom
facility in room quite good enough, but bed, which, as already weak, the bathroom was really small, making it difficult to move.

I am not sure, but I am not into a room smelling like curry. It's funny that they have a rule against bringing in Durian, but when it comes to Indian curry, they don't. That smell lingers through out the room and fabric. I try to be understanding of different culture, but smell like that makes me nauseous. I think Accor chain is typically owned by Indian and I've been to a lot in the US and they are all the same way. With the same smell. I would probably never stay at any Accor group hotel.
But over to be fair it was an ok stay. Just not my cup of tea with the curry smell...sorry!
